As of now , a few months later, STILL no word from Speedway Chevrolet who claim to be 'looking into' our situation. How about doing the right thing and own your error AND comp my son for the inconvenience and insult (charging him $400 to pick up his vehicle that you damaged in your own lot). Shows how much they DO NOT care about their customers, acceptable business practices, and their own business!! And then to lie about 'looking into it'! Insulting. Meanwhile, because my ex and I bought a $48,000 Jeep Wrangler from them several years ago, we get an email from a manager? Mike Lentz inviting us to come in and shop! We'll pass.

Shane our advisor & Joe who handled financing were both exceptional. We've been in the market for a truck for a while no real need but shopped at least 4 dealerships with conversations visits etc. Working in sales these experiences can be very off putting. Classic sales processes for dealerships, getting commitments, up selling, putting pressure on decision makers. Shane responded to a random phone call, respected me and my space, and listened to what my wife and I were asking for. Both Shane & Joe communicated on our terms and pace and made the process simple and enjoyable. Funny enough this is the second car purchase in two months due to an accident and first Chevrolet either of us have owned. Baring any issues with General Motors itself, I probably won't shop anywhere else. Thanks guys.

I just want to say I was a title clerk here and the office manager Jodi is a very amazing great boss. The staff that finalize your paperwork for all the car deals is amazing. They are very nice employee, family owned company. Dont delay go buy a car today :)

I purchased a new 2014 Chevrolet Sonic LT Hatchback. This is my 2nd purchase from Speedway, my first being a used car. I also have my 2006 Pontiac GTO serviced there. I came back to Speedway because of that first experience and the great service from Chris Appia. I really appreciate the way I was treated by the whole staff there. I used to sell new Chevrolets at a dealer in the Los Angeles area. It was a privately owned dealership and so it was not a production house like some of the large dealers now. The sales staff would stick with you the whole way and we built relationships. That's how Speedway is and I hope they never change. They didn't jerk me around and it was a very easy purchase. I will be bringing the Sonic there for service when needed as well as my GTO. My wife will be needing a new ride in a year or two so I will be contacting Chris again when we're ready.

Our salesperson Randy became completely unreachable. When we called back and asked to work with someone else, we were connected with Vincent -- and refused. When we asked to speak to a manager, the manager wouldn't come to the phone. When we asked about negotiating on price, they just stopped calling us back entirely. No answer, no follow up, no basic professional courtesy. And before they respond claiming we were trying to lowball them -- we never even got that far. We couldn't get anyone on the phone long enough to have that conversation. We weren't asking for anything unreasonable. We were asking for a callback that never came, a manager who wouldn't engage, and a salesperson who had disappeared. This wasn't a negotiation gone wrong. This was a dealership that couldn't meet the bare minimum standard of basic customer communication. And then there's this: Vincent was rude and dismissive on the phone, and the rudeness escalated noticeably the moment he realized he was speaking with me -- a woman -- rather than my husband. Let that sink in. In 2026 this dealership is still operating like my money is worth less than my husband's because of my gender. We took our business elsewhere. Don't waste your time or your money here. There are dealerships that will actually treat you like a human being regardless of who answers the phone.

Unlike every other used car dealer he lists everything on the website for each model of what he did to fix it to bring it up to his level of quality. He is in Monroe, I work in downtown Seattle. He DROVE the BMW328xi to my office for me to test drive because I didn't own an existing car to drive to Monroe. To pick up the car he drove another car on his lot from Monroe to Seattle to pick me up then we drove back to the Motor Vehicles office to get the new plates for my car. Service was awesome! There is nothing more scary to me than buying a used car from a dealer. #1 because i don't trust them and their quota systems to sell cars and #2 The average car dealer wants to SELL regardless of what may break later on. Bill said he drove this car for at least 500 miles to figure out if anything needed to be fixed, then took it to the best mechanics to repair each item. Does any used car dealer do that and then show you the bill for the repairs? There is a photo of all of his customers with all of their cars on the wall of his office in Monroe. It was scary because people really resemble the car they drive. Do yourself a favor and buy a car her and get your photo on the wall.
