Customer service is pretty quick and easy. Typically there's a line but it's mostly because it's busy not because they are slow. Its typically pretty clean and well stocked. The only thing I've seen them short on is of their best deals. Heggies pizza is two for $14ish, normally I get the for $11+ each. The car wash is great. I have a monthly membership. I have never had any issues. There was maybe one week in the last 3 years that they were closed for macitence. And I'm not even sure it was even a week long.
