The car wash itself is pretty average for the time it take to wash your car. It has side and above dryers, but they seem to cut the drying time in half. You can get away with only 30 seconds. Overall, the gas station is very friendly. I've gone inside to get coffee many times, and if you bring your own cup, it's basically half off.

About to call quits and settle for the cheeseburger and chicken in a 2-for deal, Corliss pipes up from where she's sweeping the floor to let her know when we're ready. Two seconds later, she's on her radio to ping Tasha in the kitchen with a request for four fresh rib sammies made to order. We're two kids so giddy with our unexpected spoils that we inhale them in the car while the gas pump does its thing - don't judge. Half an hour later, he's still wowed from the lovely ladies taking time to get rib sandwiches ready especially for us at 2:30 in the morning - cute. My loyalty to Kwik Trip initially started in finding out how truly well the company treats its employees. When I walked in, he was already yelling at a DoorDash driver who seemed genuinely taken aback. The driver calmly apologized for not seeing a note about where to park and politely asked if they could please just get the food so they could do their job. Despite this, the employee refused and continued escalating the situation--demanding the driver move his vehicle, threatening to call the police, and repeatedly ordering them to leave the store. The entire interaction was extreme, uncomfortable to witness and completely unprofessional. The driver remained respectful the whole time, while the employee appeared confrontational and unwilling to de-escalate. I truly don't understand how this business is still operating with behavior like this. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place.
