On 9/27, my grandpa and his crew went to buy food like we always do. My grandpa invites me to buy anything I want, and usually, there are no problems. However, when we went to check out, I was holding my food in front of this cashier (a much bigger man, and I think he does not have a lot of hair), and as I was holding out my food, he proceeded to scan everyone else's and waited until the very end to scan mine, it was obvious cause the rest of my grandpa's crew noticed. Being a Minnesotan, I know passive aggressiveness when I see it. He obviously made assumptions about me and failed to realize that scanning my food would mean I get to move out of the way. He then proceeds to say have a good day to my grandpa as if he had known him for his entire life, and acts as if he did an act of service for him. I don't mean to sound rude, because I think the rest of the Apple Valley Kwik Trip crew is amazing, but truly, he needs to learn some social skills. I might look young, and maybe he thinks I am bratty, but I work as a CNA, and I've done landscaping with my grandpa for 8 years; I am a star student in college; he should cut it out with the assumptions, because it doesn't take a genius to recognize passive aggressiveness. If he reads this, you didn't do an act of service, and you are in no place to try to "teach a lesson" in my life or my family's life. 4 stars for the rest of the crew and not five cause of this guy. The space appears to be roughly the same size as most Kwik Trip layouts. It must be an optical illusion, because the place heavily lacks in offerings compared to nearby locations. This particular one must not see much traffic either, since multiple areas designated for certain items are empty. Current limited-time offerings are nowhere to be found. Several items that are essentially an expected find at every Kwik Trip are missing. Johnny Pops, for instance, has had ongoing promotions at Kwik Trip for some time now trying to gain market share, and they won me over with their legitimately-yummy, quality ice cream bars. I've never not seen their four main flavors in the frozen desserts case. Until now. Service was fine when I dropped into this location for the first time, though I hear what David is saying about the staff being obsessed with the shelves. There's a line at the register, and the obvious lead guy puts a sign up at his register and disappears. I assume he's busy with something important - until I turn and see a familiar silhouette straightening up the dairy shelves in the fridge. Um, okay. Sure. read more

I go to Kwik trip all the time. I stopped here on the way to Minneapolis. The staff seem to be a little obsessed with loading the shelves and fridges. Getting a few things from the fridges and they park their carts full of goods right next to me. Trying to walk through they just took over the space and nearly ran into me twice. Not one thought that I even existed, no apology or anything just ignored me. For poor customer service. read more

Nice stores not just here but all along I-94 where they are clean, have tasty food and pastries, some with accommodations for over the road truckers to shower, all kinds of items to buy from clothing to food to auto needs. Its like a mini gourmet place where all your needs can be met and many sell souveneirs common to the area. Great prices, gas prices, quality and friendly staff. Kwik Trip - a car parked in front of a store - Gas Stations Near Me - Apple Valley, Minnesota

As far as gas stations go, Kwik Trip is top shelf where mum keeps the jam! Gas is competitively priced and diesel is always available. The inside is like a mini grocery store. TONS of food options, from fresh fruit and salads to full size -fully cook pizzas. They have soups a plenty and pastries galore! Their caffeine options are practically infinite from coffee to espresso to surge and Red Bull. Staff here has always been super friendly and inviting. The car wash is great and fairly priced as well. Best of all, the bathrooms are always surgical room clean and stocked. As a paramedic in the area I spend a lot of hours in the ambulance. This is my go to one stop shop. Convenient, Kwik, clean and cheerful. You can't ask for any more out of a gas station. read more

Most overnight staff are very lazy, half the time at 5am there is no warm food ready, half the items in store are usually out of stock. The store is always dirty especially around food areas. read more

First Kwik is spelled quick and the definition means speedy. Looking at all the people standing around in this place, I don' think they know that. Which explains how at 11:00 on a Friday they are out of coffee. I cannot recommend this place unless you have all the time in the world. read more

Great Place. People are friendly and helpful, the coffee is easy to get to and the car wash is place conveniently. Lots of space, clean, and the management and staff is great. Not at all like the one on Florence. read more

I go here every now and then to use the fee free ATM and get other things. When I went to use the ATM, it told me "service unavailable". I went some where else to get my money. When I later checked out my banking records, it took out 100$ out of my account for trying to withdraw 20$. Charging me 5x for money I didn't get. I went to my bank to dispute the charges. They told me that I had not been the first person in for the same exact issue and to avoid Kwik trip for a little bit, if possible. I also stopped in at the store to let the manager on duty aware of the issue and maybe put a sign on the ATM. For example, out of service. While I was just explaining the issue to him, he just cut off to say something like, I could argue with you all day, and gave me a phone number to call. Personally, I just think it could have been handled better. I will not be going back to this location for awhile. read more
