Went here to grab Tylenol (in powder form), which is hard to find in larger quantities but was avail here & browse a bit. Some of prices of meds here are $3-4 dollars higher than other retailers but I did find a few useful coupons on the app. The store was decently clean & organized. They do lock up a bit of items. There was one staff floating from the registers to stocking stuff. They only had 1 self checkout. I did see a poster about discrimination at the door, not sure if it's posted because they have issues w/ that at this location or what but kind of glad that info is available. I was mocked at for having PTSD as a veteran by the pharmacy manager. Honestly I am so shocked I just cried. What happened is he growled at me saying I need insurance numbers. I said I dont have a prescription card and told him as a veteran with ptsd I was in group 1 with no copay. He told me ok yeah I have ptsd also and chuckled at me. I started to cry and shake. So first of all, CVS is a foul, vile, awful corporation (remember when they stood behind their employee who fully murdered a man by keeping him in a chokehold while they awaited police, rather than just let a potential toothpaste-and-crayon shoplifter get away? Remember when that other loss-prevention officer from CVS led a shoplifter on a high-speed chase before getting out and shooting him fatally? Well Pepperidge Farm remembers). But that's not the subject of this review. Just background. My wife called in her pharmacy order this morning at around 8:30. She was told her meds would be ready to pick up by 10 am. I showed up around 1:45, and they told me that 1 was ready but the other 2 would take 15 minutes. So I, chuffed, said I would come back. I ran my other errand way across town, came back, got to the front of the car line again, and was told this time that now it would be 20 minutes. I was like No..... because it was 15 minutes 15 minutes ago." To which I was told that the pharmacist was on the phone and would *start* working on them -- *start*, mind you -- once she was off the phone. Now this backwards retail preference for dealing with customers who are sitting in the comfort of their own home over the one who has already driven to your location is already a pet peeve, but hardly unusual. But then this guy tried to tell me that the pharmacist *was already* working on it, then he went right back to telling me she would work on it once she was done on the phone. I pointed out that he had just lied to my face, and thrice -- *thrice* -- did he simply gloss over that as if there had been no issue, no confrontation, no him-being-caught-in-a-lie. When he did finally acknowledge that sounds had come out of my mouth that were not scripted banalities, he only sorta half-way apologized in a really mealy-mouthed way befitting someone who is on autopilot and befuddled by the novelty of having to compose an organic thought in response to a human interaction. So "Yes and ..." was replaced with "Yes we apologize and ...". Hardly evidence of comprehension, much less contrition. We who? He was rude. He lied. He repeatedly ignored the person he lied to when confronted about it. CVS corporate explicitly supports extrajudicial murder over crayons and toothpaste, but they were not the ones who still hadn't started on my wife's meds 4 hours after saying they would be ready, and they weren't the ones who tried to send me away twice, and they weren't the ones who then lied about it and glossed over it repeatedly. Long story short, CVS sucks and their customer service reflects their company policy of utter contempt for human life. read more

Noone greeted me as 4 employees saw me walk in, the assistant behind the pharmacy was rude and I felt rushed. The cashier was too busy talking to the manager about Walgreens to say hello when I came to check out. Will not be back read more

The managing pharmacist at this CVS in particular and the staff in general have been consistently helpful and respectful to my elderly mother over a long period of time. Vaccine service and medication management services are excellent, even when they are outrageously busy. read more

Why do i get the feeling that the same idiot that owns camping world owns CVS too. The details of the experience are irrelevant, suffice it say when you come here, to call it a cluster bomb is putting it lightly. I feel sorry for the employees that work here since they have to live in what is obvious to me a failed system. Anyone can buy milk off the shelf, but beyond that if you have to use the pharmacy for anything make sure your expectations are near the floor. Clean store. Very helpful pharmacy staff. Make sure you sign up for the value card. When you do you can go to the automated coupon printer, scan your card and almost always get something for free. One thing I really do like is that the pharmacy part is open as late as the store is. This small thing actually makes a big difference. read more

Worst pharmacy ever. It does not matter when you call in your prescription, you can count on it not being ready at the drive through. Even a full day later. I wait in a line of cars for my turn at the drive through and then I'm told I will need to park in the lot to wait for them to fill it so I can start the process all over again. They are having people do self administered PCR test at the drive through. So the line of cars is long. I am having my prescription sent to elsewhere. read more

Love the location, happy they have text notifications to pick up my meds, and love the drive thru. The staff are always kind and helpful and I would highly recommend using this pharmacy for your prescription needs. read more

This CVS target store pharmacy is horrible. They send me an automated message to pick up my prescription on Saturday when I go in to pick it up the tell me it wont be ready until Feb.02!!!!! Prescription are never ready or right. They don't open on time always run 10 minutes behind and even if their staff is out front they wont help you or acknowledge you. The lines ALWAYS back up into the isle and there may be as many as 6 or 8 people but only one will pull prescriptions and ring. If I could give zero stars here I would. Weather I call on the phone or talk in person they are curt and don't get it right. I don't have a cell phone for text messages and so they tell me that they cannot guarantee I will get a call when my scripts are ready. Come on CVS you have to be better than that. read more

It's literally killing me to give this location even one star, but the saving grace is the Minute Clinic offers chairs to those waiting to be seen. There is nothing 'minute' about this clinic. After waiting over an hour, a lunch break was inserted into the schedule, just before my visit. My expected wait time went to two hours and 17 minutes. This additional time was on top of my previous hour. The NP was in training, so the receptionist justified the extended time with each patient. Unacceptable. Shouldn't the process be the same no matter where you're working? Checking not for a cold or strep seems fairly entry level for a minute clinic. Would I suggest a minute clinic to anyone that has a life outside of sitting in a drug store-- hell no! read more

My experience with this CVS pharmacy was so miserable, if I could give zero stars, I would. They repeatedly made excuses about not having my husband's medication ready. All in all, they made him wait almost 24 hours before giving him his pain medication. Is this how you treat patients who need pain relief? We will never come here again. Shame on you. read more

I had a prescription filled 11/19/13 where I had to give my new insurance information. I called the information in as I normally would to be treated bad by Jackie in the pharmacy. What could have been handled over the phone, I instead had to take time out of work to personally drive in. While there I went through the drive through to be greeted by Jackie which whom I spoke to on the phone. I was again treated very rude. I will be switching to Walgreens. read more
