It was my mistake that I didn't ask before I ordered. This matcha was premixed and came out looking a slightly greenish off white rather than a rich grassy color. I didn't dock points for the matcha though because a ton of places don't do this drink well. My sandwich was good enough but it overall lacked flavor. The eggs were under seasoned and I wish the waffle was crispy versus soggy. It also didn't have much bacon on it. The home fries were excellent though. Perfect color and seasoning, no notes. Everyone else in my party really enjoyed their meals and I'm sure we will be back. Some of the cake slices looked expensive at around $10 but that can be typical for some fancier bakeries just be aware. They have many cute cards for sale as well as teas, coffee, earrings, magnets, stickers, and other merch. There's a clear Vietnamese influence as they offer some Lays chips flavors usually sold in Asia and some Vietnamese print postcards. They have free wifi and a restroom available. Plenty of outlets available - seems like it would be a good place to study as there were many people studying and they are open to 10pm on some weekdays.
