Have previously brought my Audi here for tires, as local and prices for tires are very competitive plus GMC rebates if I used my CC. (NO LONGER AVAILABLE). The service at GMC is poor. Non responsive. I let management know and switched my Audi tire service to their Ford team, which is excellent and highly recommended. Recent situation new tires only have 20K miles on them. Filed a warranty issue. No call backs, no feedback. Called again told parts is addressing it and will get back to me. No call backs. Called again left a voice message for parts, still no call backs. Interesting, why bother recording your phone calls if management does NOT monitor the calls! Guess their GM is too busy doing commercials with sports people to care about the "actual and existing" customer! Ps NYE Auto is no longer owned by the NYE family. They were sold off, but Buick GMC had issues and continues to have issues after the sale.

I once drove right off the highway into their lot with every engine light on, and my car was diagnosed, fixed, and ready to drive again very shortly after. I feel that the cost is reasonable compared to what I've paid other places, I am often pleasantly surprised with the total for services. Call ahead and they can often tell you when the best time to come in is for the quickest service!

Allow me to say, you all were so right. This place knocked my socks off. John is so thoughtful and thorough, he doesn't make you feel like a loser if you need to have something explained, and he's a problem solver. McKenzie, the young woman working the counter, is similarly on the job, and is equally thoughtful. For example, seeing I use a wheelchair, they made it easier for me to access the office and in a way that was matter of fact and not condescending. When I needed to return the next day for an inspection sticker, McKenzie met me outside the office while still in the van, and did the back and forth on my behalf. It might seem minor but it's so nice to have someone see and act on the "little" things that make life easier to maneuver. Bottom line: Bayberry Automotive is now my go-to garage of choice. I honestly think they were understaffed because they told other people they couldn't change the tires today. But on the plus side, he found me a coupon to save me $10 today which has never been done before, so I guess that makes up for them not rotating the tires. Attention to detail is lacking though since after spelling out my info and entering it online twice, my name and address are still spelled wrong on my receipts. What I got instead was one of the rudest, most unprofessional interactions I've ever had at a business. An employee, short, overweight, with tattooed arms and a ridiculous "viking" hairstyle, looked at my tire and said "I SeE tHaT" in the most condescending tone imaginable. I'm a grown man, I don't need to play ego games, so I let it go. Another employee quickly stepped in and shooed him off. But even as I left, the guy glared at me like he wanted to fight. Absolutely disgusting behavior. I ended up paying nearly $300 for what I thought was a new tire. A few weeks later, it started deflating again. At this point, I truly believe they didn't even replace it. Just pumped it full of Fix-a-Flat and sent me on my way. That kind of disrespect is unacceptable. My friends and family, they all know now to stay away from Dunn. Now I go to Mavis Discount Tire. Friendly staff, $125 for a real tire replacement, and not a single staff member acting like they're in a middle school turf war. If Dunn wants to know why they lose customers, this is it.
