Alex, the mechanic, told me that he could change them first thing in the morning. I came back the next day and dropped my car off. Alex offered to drive me home, which was very nice of him, but I didn't need a ride. He texted me after he changed the headlights and told me that my break pads needed to be replaced. It's winter and I don't want bad breaks, so I had him replace them instead of taking my car to the Mercedes dealership. I dropped my car off for headlights and picked it up with new headlights, new break pads, my rims detailed and he filled my tires because the tire pressure warning was on. While I'm a bit indifferent about the gas station itself, I can't say enough about how much I like Alex in the repair shop. He was way cheaper than the dealership and I love supporting small businesses.

I stopped at the station because when I looked up gas stations online they showed the cheapest…read moreprice in the area. It's right near where I was staying so it was also very convenient. It was just after dark and I pulled in and right up to a pump. I went through the whole process of putting my credit card in the machine and choosing and it told me to see the cashier. I walked over inside and approached the two people working behind the counter and told them the pump told me to come see you. They were very friendly and helped me quickly. Apparently with their older pumps and system they have to run the credit cards inside so you have to choose an amount that you think you'll be putting in your vehicle. I just chose a bit higher than I knew it should take. I got a receipt and walked outside and started filling my vehicle. It came out considerably less and then I had to go back inside to get a receipt showing what I actually spent. Again they were helpful and efficient. Definitely a decent place to get your fuel.

I just experienced the rudest gas station employees ever. My tank is on empty. I went there with my…read moredebit card. I swiped my debit card in the machine and it kept saying declined. When I went in again to the gas station itself it again said declined. I have money in my account so I called my bank. My bank told me that BP put a hold on my card for $107.53! Why is this!??? I didn't even get any gas. When I tried to talk to the gas station employees about this, they were rude, non empathetic, and even tried to ignore me! I asked them to call their manager because now my card had a hold on it for 24 hours and I have no gas. After they pretended to call somebody and said she wasn't available and told me that They couldn't do anything for me and I had to wait 24 hours, I left, not wanting to give them any more of my business. Stay away. They are totally rude and are an example of what Customer Service should not be. I also had to file a dispute with my bank in case BP doesn't give me my money back. I tried calling corporate to talk to them about this, but none of their numbers work.
