I explained that I already did and the pump kept cutting off. He then insisted my car was full, which was obviously not the case. Instead of helping troubleshoot the issue, the employee was dismissive and acted like the problem was my fault. Very frustrating experience and poor customer service. The interaction also left me feeling that I was being treated differently than other customers. Whether intentional or not, the employee's attitude and behavior made me feel unwelcome and disrespected.

With the Rewards Card fuel is often the same price as Sam's Club right across the street. That is when the reader for the Rewards card actually works. Too often there is no paper at the pump for a receipt and it's a hassle having to go inside for one to be printed. We used to use the car wash, however washes in the area are competitively priced and offer a better wash with a free rain/rewash guarantee. With the addition of the Sonic Car Wash and fuel station being built down the street it will be interesting if Circle K ups their game with an improved wash.
