Thankfully, I did not experience any scratching or bumper issues! I would recommend the most basic wash for new visitors.

The inside was just still a mess and I spend $160 there that day. What a shame. Please do better.

I filed a complaint with the BBB today for the following:…read more Complaint Summary: Service Center: Aurora Oil and Lube Service Date: November 23, 2024 Service Provided: Standard oil change Charge: $82.51 Issue: Shortly after the service, my car began leaking oil. Upon inspection by James Chrysler dealership service center, it was determined that the oil adaptor had been overtightened, causing it to crack and leak oil. The repair cost is estimated at $1,604.95 plus tax. Attempts to Resolve: I contacted Aurora Oil and Lube to inform them of the issue. Initially, they agreed to inspect the car but later denied responsibility, attributing the problem to wear and tear. Multiple requests for them to inspect the damage at the service center were denied. They suggested taking the car to a different service center in Lisle, IL, which is not feasible as the car is undrivable due to the oil leak. I contacted their corporate office and requested a callback, but my calls have not been returned. Warranty Violation: According to their website, the service center warrants that services and products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one month or 1,000 miles, whichever comes first. My car is within this warranty period. Resolution Requested: Reimbursement of the repair cost ($1,604.95 plus tax). Reversal of the oil change charge ($82.51) to my credit card.

I was told to leave it for 24 hrs and it would be ready first thing in the morning. When I arrived to pickup, the carpet was mildly damp but I said it was fine. I didn't mind it slightly damp. What I didn't realize is that it wasn't fully clean. If the issue was that they weren't done, they should have told me. I could have waited longer. I paid $175 + a $35 tip and drove off. My fuel light was on. Odd. It wasn't on when I dropped it off, but I digress. As I was fueling my car, I opened my hatch and looked closer. There was still pork fat in the latch. And along the crease of the hatch. The cup holders in front still had some grime in them. And the console had spots and some grime. C'mon. For the cup holders and console, all it took was some car cleaner and a soft cloth and it was clean, but after a car detail? Couldn't they have done that? And if I paid $210, why am I standing outside on a step stool with a toothbrush, cleaning my car in a 13 degree windchill? The carpet is clean. -The pork grease gone from that. For this, I suppose I'm satisfied enough, but for a "detail", there certainly wasn't enough detail.
