I had about 8 miles of range left and was expecting to put in around $40+ worth of fuel. When I went inside to ask for help, the employee told me to "just keep holding the handle." I explained that I already did and the pump kept cutting off. He then insisted my car was full, which was obviously not the case. Instead of helping troubleshoot the issue, the employee was dismissive and acted like the problem was my fault. Very frustrating experience and poor customer service. The interaction also left me feeling that I was being treated differently than other customers. Whether intentional or not, the employee's attitude and behavior made me feel unwelcome and disrespected.
