Since I started using this particular Walgreens pharmacy several months…read moreago, they have messed up prescriptions by ordering through old scripts, failing to transfer them over from my previous Walgreens location and even printing the wrong instructions on prescription labels. I have had to call and make a formal complaint as this has happened with medication that could cause serious injury or death. Luckily I caught the mistakes right away. The female pharmacist that I have worked with is always frazzled which probably explains all the mistakes. I love Walgreens and have been using them for my prescriptions for years. But this particular pharmacy is horrible. The store itself is nice but this pharmacy is horrible.

Beware of air pump I went tonight around 9:30 pm to fill…read morewith air my bike tire, I didn't have enough coins, so I asked to this arrogant clerk, probably the son of the owner or related for change, he didn't tell me anything about the pump knowing for who knows for how long the issue, that the air pump does not work when you insert coins, they have two pumps, when I went inside to ask for a refund, this guy just dismissed me by telling me, oh no, those pumps aren't ours, we just rent it, I told him if you are renting the pumps then is your responsibility, he just ignore me and told me to go talk with the Torta guy I suppose, no idea who he was, he told me that they are aware, but don't care about it, of course they won't care, why would they if they keep getting money for free, I lost 2 dollars because of this guy, they intentionally don't put any sign or paper or seal the coin slots, because they know, they keep getting free money from unsuspecting people like me, these scammers have no mother, who knows for how long these thieves have been profiting from honest people and get away with no accountability for their actions, and silence, for the looks of the worker, they've been doing it for a long time, if you have been scammed like this in that pump, here's a link for the better business bureau and file a review maybe with enough complaints the BBB will do something. https://www.bbb.org/leave-a-review

I came in because I ordered me some medicine and tea for pickup because my cousin got me sick. Jennifer(manager) and another young man with glasses (cashier)was the first employees I told that I got a pickup order when I went in the store .she told me "aww you so cute look how you pointed to your phone " and so I did a smile ,laugh, and thanked her and said "okay yea like I was sayin I got a pick up and she proceeds to say " ok wait over there for me" so I'm like okay cool . I'm waiting in the spot she told me to wait in for about 10mins and they about to close and I ordered it like 10-15 mins ago so I started looking for the stuff I ordered online in the store meanwhile she just cackling and laughing with her coworkers .so I approached her again after I grabbed the Benadryl and I said "is the order ready yet?" Bro why tf she say " what order?" "I never talked to you?" I said "yes you did" I'm already frustrated because it's late i had a long day , I'm sick!, and I've been waitin on you!.she start gettin sassy and aggressive so I asked her coworker "is she high?" Because huh? CHECK THE CAMERAS! And the hype/manager(JENNIFER) just lost it after I said that. A lot was said and she called the police on me and I waited. when they came in she proceeds to run up to the officer with open arms and says "hey hunnyyy" and I came right up to the officer and told him everything. A lot was said and I waited in line with the officer bought my stuff and left! THE MANAGER TOLD THE CUSTOMER "let me leave before I loose my job " as I proceeded to say "we'll loose yo job then .Do what you gotta do"
