Edible arrangements has become a family tradition. This location delivers the order on time, fresh, beautiful, and delicious. I order the balloons along with the fruit, it never disappoints. All the children go for the fruit first and continue until they leave to go home. Instead of flowers, we use the fruit as our centerpiece. read more

Called to inquire about when my order would be delivered on Valentine's Day and Lady was very rude. It was 6:00pm and I tried to ask for an expected time of delivery. She stated they had over 400 orders and only 1 driver. They raised her voice to ask if I want to cancel my order. Like geez thanks. I mean it is the one day where this business should expect high volume. They shouldn't take orders they can't handle and then be rude to customers who are just asking when their order might be delivered. Aurora IL. location-Poor customer service/communication! Placed order as a gift for wife and was to be delivered on a Sunday. Received email notification that it was delivered. No delivery to our location. Even checked security cameras and no indication of them in our area at time delivery indicated. I called the store that evening and left message and also sent a message to customer service. Finally received a message from customer service a couple days later but nothing back since I responded. Never received a call back from the store when they opened on Monday. When I called the store I got the impression from the gal I spoke to, didn't seem to concerned about the situation. I requested more information after she was going to talk to the driver but never heard back and still don't know who received my order. She wanted to resend it but I indicated it was too late for the gift so she credited me. Very disappointing that someone else received my order with address and personal note to my wife and yet no explanation from the store as to what happened. Sad that if someone else received it they didn't decline it seeing who it should have been to. One other time I ordered from them our credit card was compromised. I ordered a fruit arrangement which I learned from our friends later was delivered on the expected day and was fresh and delicious. I preferred my selected arrangement with no chocolate-dipped fruit. After completing the order, I was later contacted to advise me I'd be receiving a partial refund, because fruit without the chocolate costs less.....a very honest gesture as they could have just kept the extra money. read more

If you place an order for pick-up, anticipate that your order will be made a full 24-hours prior, especially orders for pick-up on a weekend. In my circumstance I called the day prior, at 1:30 on a Friday, to reschedule the pick-up from 1:00 Saturday to 1:00 the following Wednesday. It was explained to me by the manager that my options were to pick up the original order (that I had already paid for) at any time and, if I still needed an order for Wednesday, I was invited to spend another $50 or $60 bucks by placing a second order. I would not recommend this Edible Arrangements location on Westbrook Drive. There is alternate location on S. Washington in Naperville. read more

Katelyn is the Manager and she is horrible with customer service and I will never give my business to this store or Edible Arrangements. Unfortunately a $40.00 dollar refund has caused me to write this negative outcome about this store and the Manager. An order the store messed up on and didn't fulfill on one delivery was attempted to be rectified by doing a second delivery. This felt so lack luster and fell short of how it should have been handled. read more

Funny story. So, it's Valentine's Day and I decide to get my bf an arrangement last minute. Horrible idea! I put the wrong address in but correct business name. (There are two locations a few minutes away but same name.)I had received an email that my order had been delivered but never received a text or call from my bf. This is where I start to panic. So I call EA and ask if someone can pick up the arrangement and re-deliver it. The guy assured me that my bf had received it. Actually my bf had called and placed an order around the same time for the EXACT thing. But when my bf received my gift he thought he had received the gift that was supposed to go to me. It was a mess lol it kind of ruined the surprise but it was our fault lol at the end we both received our gifts. read more

When ordering online for an arrangement to be delivered, I selected the option that this was going to a school. I called the next morning to verify what time this will be delivered because it was going to a school. The lady on the phone said yes they are aware it will be delivered to a school and it will get there on time. I get a phone call later that day at 4:30 saying they are unable to deliver because no one is at the school. Well no kidding! The lady then told me she cannot guarantee it would be delivered tomorrow at the appropriate time either. They delivered same day - can't beat that! And I had a question regarding my order and the manager called me and went above and beyond.

We attempted to order four $79 bouquets for pickup at this location at 4p.m. on 3/7/12. The individual who answered the phone asked if I could hold when she answered the phone. I agreed - no problem. Little did I know the problems were just beginning. After approximately 5 minutes on hold, the individual -whose name I will not share-, came back on the phone to take my order. When I indicated the four, large bouquets that I wanted for pickup, she said, "I"m sorry. We stop making arrangements at 4p.m. (Now, please note, the website indicated that I had until 5 p.m. to place an order for today. Clearly, that didn't work for her location). I expressed my dismay that they would not allow me to get my arrangements when I had called at 4 but been placed on hold to make it *after* four o'clock. I don't think she put me on hold to make it after 4 p.m. I simply think she was busy. She reiterated her statement that they stopped making the arrangements at 4 p.m. She offered for me to come and pick up something they had ready in the cooler, but I told her I specifically wanted the arrangements that were a featured item on their website.. Then I said something like, "It's 407 and you won't make something for me? I can't believe you won't do that." Her response, "Thank you for calling" and she hung up on me. I thought about it for a moment and decided to call back to the store in hopes that I would get the manager and perhaps get her to make my arrangements. I really didn't think I was asking for much - simply for them to fulfill what their website said they would do. I asked if the individual who answered the phone was the one who I had spoken to previously. Initially, she didn't answer. Then she said, "What's your name?" I gave her my first name. Then she asked for my last name. I didn't want to give it to her as she wasn't helping me and for the life of me I couldn't figure out: a. Why she was raising her voice b. Why *she* needed *my name. Should I have been asking her what *her* name was? She continued saying, "LAST NAME?" "LAST NAME" and finally answered me when I asked why she needed my name. She said she wanted to have her manager call me back as she wouldn't stand for being 'harassed on the phone'. She also told me I had an 'attitude' that she didn't appreciate. I am still astonished by her behavior. Oh, and after that she hung up on me again. Not to be deterred, I called the Naperville, IL Edible Arrangements store on Washington and 75th where I encountered Mike. Mike was cheerful, Mike was helpful and Mike is now making my arrangements for a 630 p.m. pick up. Unlike the store on McCoy Drive in Aurora, Mike does what the website says and makes arrangements until 5 p.m. I'll be reviewing Mike and the store's work later. But I have to say, so far, he's five stars. read more

I was nervous coming in to begin with, since I never ordered from here before and just saw prices online. I went in today with my mother when we were out Christmas shopping. The young girl, Ashley, was so helpful. She made us feel much better about spending so much on fruit (LOL) for a Christmas party. I am not one to leave negative reviews, but my experience at this store was too shocking not to say anything. I called about ordering a last minute bouquet for an employee's Birthday. A girl named Ashley answered the phone. I asked if I could have a last minute delivery. She said no, because they were done with deliveries for the day. She then said I could pick up an arrangement from their cooler. I said that would be great and asked what they had available. She asked if she could put me on hold while she went to check, I said sure. Apparently, she was unaware that she hadn't pressed "hold" yet, and said, "UGH, ID**T!" I was completely blown away by her tacky behavior. I was nice and didn't feel like I was asking much of her. When she got back on the phone I told her, kindly, that I wouldn't be able to pick up the arrangement after all and got off the phone with her. I will never do business here again, and the company I work for, who orders at this store regularly, won't be returning either. read more
