Smaller size Costco gas station, located a bit far from the main Costco, near the tire center. There are 4 islands, each with 2 pumps (each pump has 2 nozzles, one on each side); so 16 cars can be filling up at the same time. There is also no need to do a parallel parking job to fit into a middle pump. Prizes are definitely lower than other stations in the area, and if you have a Costco Citi Visa card, one tap on the display (which validates your membership and then your payment method) and you are on your way. I've gotten used to this, so made a mistake at the Retail Costco, thinking it's the same thing (one tap...instead, you have to still do two transactions: one to validate your membership and one to choose payment method).
It wasn't too crowded, though there was an interesting 'gentleman' who decided to rearrange his stuff on his trunk and back seat in his SUV, after he had finished pumping his gas...making everybody behind him wait for the other pump (which was going pretty fast). I guess some folks are just itching for a confrontation..which nobody was giving him. Wow! read more
