I've been to other car washes locally and although they are cheaper by a little, they lack the amenities this little gem has! The car wash experience overall was wonderful. My car is sparkling clean! I decided to clean the inside of my car as well and there were many stations to do that! They even had a little air machine to blow out your vents of all the dust and such! So cute! I called St Charles Auto Spa and asked to speak with the manager. Once we talked with Bill, he asked me to come in to get a look of it and did a spot test for free to see if it would work. After looking at my car he ran me down his plan and was very transparent with his thoughts on what would come off and what could be tricky. He gave me a good price based off the state of my car and was very personable. I dropped my car off and it took him and his team 6 hours and they were able to make my car look brand new. No more train residue and I am so thankful!

My last interaction with him, he reviewed my value card ($25 for $30) purchase history and commented that I hadn't washed my car frequently enough, noting that my last visit was five months prior. He then informed me that my car was "too dirty" for their service and insisted I should wash it monthly. In all my years of visiting car washes, I've never been told my car was too dirty to clean.
