Went to exchange/return momday. Explained to cashieier,had him call manager on phn & explain i was in chgo. Why i hadnt returned sooner & She(i forget managers name) Refused to return. I understnd 'returning vapes'policy, however since i'd bought 4 & ONLY 1 didNT work,figured theyd comply my returning. I just left it their with them.. returned weeks latergetn gas & THAT manger was on register. Would you like fries with that? - Attendants inside (on my 2 trips in because their pumps were malfunctioning... which is normal) have snooty 'tude - Pumps are often broken or malfuntioning to the point that you'll give up and try a new pump. Everytime I'm here I see people swapping pumps bc *something* has gone awry. - It IS at the corner of a damn convenient spot on my commute route... so, I am thankful for that... I guess. - Oh, and you can walk to the Starbucks from here.

They have a "speedy" rewards MasterCard that you can earn points on every time you use it. I always see the little reminder on the pump. Inside, the store is usually clean and everything is usually well organized. I haven't been inside the store in awhile due to the virus but the last time I visited it was. The associate who checked out my order the last time I visited was friendly and quick. I used to adventure here all the time as a kid because my parent's house was close. My friends/siblings and I would always go straight to the "speedy" freezes. They have a ton of flavors but the watermelon or wild berry lemonade is my favorite. If you're looking for a major sugar rush and something to cool you down on a hot summer night, give these a try!

I went into the store to let them know and the clerk told me " we don't have auto shut off, these are really old pumps" I know this to be an untrue because until today my husband and I always got our gas there. I don't blame the clerk, although he was not only unsympathetic and unhelpful, he is certainly not responsible for the maintenance of the pumps. My concern lies in the aftermath of the spill. I drove by again shortly after the incident to see if the gas had been cleaned up, it had not. I also wanted to see if the pump had been turned off or if it had been marked as defective, again, it had not. I can't imagine how this would have been handled had this been an actual emergency. The 5 cents I saved will not make up for the money I needlessly spent, the car mats and shoes that will need to be replaced, or most importantly the trust I had in this company.
