I've actually known Cafe Dulce for a long time. I remember going to their Downtown LA location years ago and didn't have the best experience back then, so I honestly didn't have high expectations this time. But this turned out to be the best Cafe Dulce I've ever visited. I ordered an espresso, an iced Americano, and a cortado, and all three drinks were excellent. I also visited twice recently in the evening, and both times the same female barista prepared my drinks. She seemed very passionate about coffee, and you could really tell she paid attention to every detail in each cup. Out of all the Cafe Dulce locations I've tried, this one is definitely the best. And among the coffee shops along this main street, this is the one I'd recommend the most.
