I stopped into the location by arrowhead this week and it was terrible service in the print area. It felt like I was putting them out asking a question. Nope. Not going to deal with that. I returned to Metro location (since I knew how I was treated previously). I had the help I needed and was taken care of. Thank you for having great customer service skills. This was on August 11th. Since then I have had nothing but issues! Switching from a consumer acct to a business account should have been seamless. As of today Sept 17th I've had 2 bills (one consumer and one business) and it's been a nightmare trying to get this issue corrected. I've spent 4 days on the phone with Verizon trying to correct this issue. I've also gone to an authorized Verizon store and have worked on trying to rectifying problems. Never again will I allow anyone to sell Me something that they have no business trying to promote without knowing exactly What needs to be done! Buyer beware!

If it wasn't for the fact that UPS has specific parking spots for drop offs the parking would be a problem. Yes, a lot of customers come into this store for many reasons. I have not ever have spent more than ten minutes if that to take care of my business. Once you take your package to the counter it goes fast. Of course every time I use UPS is for a return item and I always have the labels ready so I'm always prepared. Their service is fast and they are very helpful as I noticed the young man taking care of an elderly lady and giving her guidance on her package. I could tell she was really appreciative of the help she got from the young man. I will continue to use this one location when I have to. This one particular UPS store is located near 30th Avenue and Peoria Avenue in Phoenix. Like I said busy location but they are quick.

I then called someone to drop off a second form of id for me as i live down the street, about 5 mins, and he kept asking how long every 2 mins and kept mumbling under his breath when I said a few mins. not joking, they showed up in 6 mins all together. as we were waiting the girl in the pink hair made a comment on what he was doing as there was 3 other customers in the store. when he told her, she got upset and then proceed to argue with a customer because she didnt understand her last name in Spanish. worst place to go, worst customer services, and it shows this isn't their first complaint.
