I pull up and someone walks out of the door to tell me that I can't get an inspection. I reiterated to him that it was 4:40, that he had 20 more minutes. It was a no go. So my interpretation of the denial is bad management, lazy, employees, and/or I'm confident that the owner of the building and the business is not paying overtime or may not know that his employers are closing the doors at 4:40. I used to go to this business religiously years ago. I'm having a feeling it's been sold from the original owners. She tried telling me the window tint thats been on the car since I purchased it brand new off the lot in 2020 was illegal. I tried telling her there must be a mistake, since I have passed inspections every year at different locations. Her response was they illegally passed my car and I needed to remove the tint. Instead of wasting my time arguing with this lady I immediately drove down the road to Flow Honda and my vehicle passed literally an hour later. I have already filed a complaint with the state and will be disputing the charge to my card.
