The work they did and the tools they gave us really helped my son which leads me to why I'm giving it two stars instead of five.... Scheduling is terrible. They have a strict absence / makeup policy (85%) which I totally get. However, they don't hold up their end of the bargain. I had an emergency c-section and was back to speech 2 weeks later because we were told that if we missed more we could lose our sessions. Then despite attending we ended up losing our spot anyways because they no longer had a provider to fill it. Then months later, we were finally placed with another therapist only to be told that she would no longer be working with MeBe and they don't have another provider to take over after only 4 sessions. When I reached out to scheduling asking if they had any potential spots, they were not helpful at all. They like to offer telehealth as an option but that just does not fit well for my active two year-old (we even gave it a try, just in case.) They had asked if I could give them more availability and when I did I received zero reply. At this point, I am really tired of the lack of consistency and poor communication on MeBe's end. The speech therapists are lovely, but now unfortunately I would not recommend MeBe.

Over the past three years, Teddy worked with three other speech therapists, and while each helped in their own way, none have been as successful as Cristi. To be fair, part of the timing likely helped -- Teddy is older now, more aware of his speech challenges, and more motivated to improve. But Cristi made the difference by meeting him exactly where he was. She made sessions fun, engaging, and encouraging, while also holding him accountable to slow down and focus on his tongue movement and placement to produce sounds correctly.
