Our son worked one-on-one with Sarah for about a year, and the transformation in his speech was nothing short of remarkable. He went from being far behind his classmates to meeting--and in many cases surpassing--their speech levels. What sets Sarah apart is not only her incredible skill as a teacher, but also her ability to truly connect with her students. She taught our son in ways that resonated with him, making each session engaging and effective. Most importantly, she built such a strong bond with him that he would look forward to their time together and was genuinely sad when their sessions ended. The work they did and the tools they gave us really helped my son which leads me to why I'm giving it two stars instead of five.... Scheduling is terrible. They have a strict absence / makeup policy (85%) which I totally get. However, they don't hold up their end of the bargain. I had an emergency c-section and was back to speech 2 weeks later because we were told that if we missed more we could lose our sessions. Then despite attending we ended up losing our spot anyways because they no longer had a provider to fill it. Then months later, we were finally placed with another therapist only to be told that she would no longer be working with MeBe and they don't have another provider to take over after only 4 sessions. When I reached out to scheduling asking if they had any potential spots, they were not helpful at all. They like to offer telehealth as an option but that just does not fit well for my active two year-old (we even gave it a try, just in case.) They had asked if I could give them more availability and when I did I received zero reply. At this point, I am really tired of the lack of consistency and poor communication on MeBe's end. The speech therapists are lovely, but now unfortunately I would not recommend MeBe.

Our daughter's speech has grown tremendously since the time we started last summer. Adriana is just as amazing. She is always planning fun activities for our daughter, giving me incredibly helpful strategies and tips to help my daughter at home and has such a sweet energy about her.
