I took my son here for physical therapy and had a great experience from talking with Kayla at the front desk for scheduling to working with Dr. Shelby. My son was 18 months old and not walking yet, so I was a little concerned, but received excellent care at Kirsch Therapy. Shelby was very kind and thorough in her examination, explaining what was going on with my son and guiding me in exercises to do with him. Within a week of doing the exercises he started to take steps and then walk confidently on his own. My daughter received physical therapy at Kirsch from about 6 months old until 14 months old with Dr. Shelby and we had a wonderful experience! Shelby was caring, thoughtful, and attentive and my daughter grew to love and trust her almost immediately! She had great ideas to implement at home to help my daughter made great progress in our time receiving services here. Additionally, the patient care coordinator Kayla was so amazing and accommodating, always finding appointment times that worked with our schedule and communicating with us regularly regarding upcoming openings or schedule changes. If we weren't making the switch to in-home services, we would absolutely continue going here. read more

We are so grateful to have taken our toddlers for treatment at this clinic over the past two years. Truly, they are professional, experienced, and genuinely care about children and their families. From the moment we communicated with the front desk representative, Kiera, we knew we were valued. I started taking my son to PT with Dr Hannah, she is amazing my son loves her, she is so sweet and very passionate about her work.

My son and daughter have been going to Kirsch therapy for about two years now and love it. My son sees Kelsey, Megan and Sam all have which made him feel so special and have done an amazing job at helping him with his speech and OT goals. My daughter loves seeing Megan and Amy every week. She was nonverbal when she started with Megan and her speech has grown tremendously. She sees amy for OT and has grown leaps and bounds. She recently started seeing Annie for PT, we are seeing positive progress and a great relationship start to blossom. I am so happy with my sons care here. He has a form of Down syndrome and we were looking for a PT to help keep him on track. I saw several other providers who were just not a good fit. Setting up an appointment and arranging billing through insurance was very simple and the staff was so helpful (although an online portal would be amazing...). Annie met with us, listened to my concerns and works with me to develop a plan that works for the whole family. My son has made great improvements with her. And he loves it! He used to cry when we arrived at therapy. Now he cries when he has to leave! I cannot recommend highly enough read more

We just completed almost a year of therapy with Kirsch therapy. The speech therapist we had was Megan, and she took an extremely invested interest in ensuring our son learned how to talk. We started when he was 18 months old and had no words, and now less than a year later he is talking, describing, communicating, and a vibrant kid. Megan listened to every concern I had, and worked hard to make sure I knew how to help him throughout his growth. She was alible to help me with all of my concerns, and from assisting in what to ask for from the audiologist to helping me figure out how to get him to eat foods. I swear I would go to her with any parenting question or concern, just because her advice was never standard, her advice was personalized and never condescending. She taught me so much about how we talk, the physical aspects of your mouth and your ears, the sound we make and how we make them, what sounds should my child be making, and what to work on. She taught me how to emphasize different sounds, to encourage my son to use those sounds, we had weeks where we focused on certain letters sound and other weeks where we focused on different types of words, it was far from just a standard program. read more

Kirsch Therapy is a sham. I used to take my son here for speech therapy. He worked with a woman named Melissa who allowed some other therapist we had never met try to tell us our son needed all kinds of different occupational therapy after meeting him once and watching him play for 5 minutes. She never discussed it with us and tried to basically force us into signing him up. I'd never go back and wouldn't suggest that anyone take their child here. read more

For the longest time the only words my son would say was mom, mine and dog. He would repeat those words so much he sounded like the seagulls from finding Nemo. He was recommended for speech and we got referred here. First he saw Ms. Alex and she was amazing but unfortunately she left. Now my son is seeing Ms. Rachel! Both those ladies have done an amazing job with him and I highly recommend Ms. Rachel. For occupational therapy my son sees Ms. Kelly and has been doing a outstanding job as well! I have been taking my son with Autism and Apraxia to Kirsch Therapy for years. They have worked with us to secure sessions at convenient times, scheduled overlap sessions with both a speech and occupational therapist in order to meet my sons unique needs. He enjoys going there and that speaks volumes to me. I love how they get just as excited about his progress as we do! The therapists always are thinking outside the box and with a child like mine that is important. Also, they mix up the sessions to keep it motivating for him and provide him with visual supports to make sure he knows what to expect. They have helped us with his iPad AAC device setup and help him make progress within his TouchChat App, oral motor is worked on with a combination of Prompt and TalkTools. In OT they use a multi modality approach and give him lots of movement activities. You will not be disappointed if you come here! read more

Our teenage son has developmental Vocal Apraxia. He has been going to Kirsch therapy for the last couple of years and we are so happy with his progress! The staff is professional but also very personable. With our sons schedule they are always so flexible, there have been times when I had the wrong day and they still worked us in!
