She is always planning fun activities for our daughter, giving me incredibly helpful strategies and tips to help my daughter at home and has such a sweet energy about her. Thanks to all of her support, our daughters sensory struggles have greatly improved. Our daughter throws her arms up in excitement and shouts "YAY!" every week when we pull into the parking lot. We are usually given activities to work on at home and are kept in the loop on her progress. I bring my 5 year old while we wait. The work they did and the tools they gave us really helped my son which leads me to why I'm giving it two stars instead of five.... Scheduling is terrible. They have a strict absence / makeup policy (85%) which I totally get. However, they don't hold up their end of the bargain. I had an emergency c-section and was back to speech 2 weeks later because we were told that if we missed more we could lose our sessions. Then despite attending we ended up losing our spot anyways because they no longer had a provider to fill it. Then months later, we were finally placed with another therapist only to be told that she would no longer be working with MeBe and they don't have another provider to take over after only 4 sessions. When I reached out to scheduling asking if they had any potential spots, they were not helpful at all. They like to offer telehealth as an option but that just does not fit well for my active two year-old (we even gave it a try, just in case.) They had asked if I could give them more availability and when I did I received zero reply. At this point, I am really tired of the lack of consistency and poor communication on MeBe's end. The speech therapists are lovely, but now unfortunately I would not recommend MeBe.
