I tend to get ear infections every couple of years. Found Dr. Sayani Niyogi from another location a while back. That place wasn't available then so ended up coming here instead. Check in a few weeks back was so easy . I was even allowed to bookend an appointment with a family member. This time ( today) I arrived a little bit early for my follow up appointment. Both times her office turned out to be empty. Actually got finished within a half hour twice. Four different doctors work out of this suite. They are only here a few times weekly. So this office really doesn't get very crowded. Also of some note, there is a two level parking lot right outside. As this address has several different specialists that work out of the first floor. Lucky me.

No answer, being left on hold and disconnected, no return call from doctor, etc. Dr. Niyogi was shockingly unprofessional and rude. She performed nasal surgery June 2020 on me at Hackensack University Hospital. A second staphylococcal infection returned within a week after first. Tried over three separate business days to notify her and her office. As above, no returned messages after having to call repeatedly to get someone on the phone. Upon bringing the subject up to her in person at a scheduled follow-up appointment the next week, I was told to "get the the point of all this as she had other patients waiting." I'm 55 and have NEVER been treated with such a lack of respect or care by any member of the medical profession. Further, I've worked with the Medical Council of Canada in doctor/patient relations so I'm knowledgeable on this. Most definitely seek another surgeon in my humble opinion.

On a chance I looked up Audiologists that come to the home and up popped Anywhere Audiology. I was elated! Called for information and Michael Durazzo spent a good deal of time on the phone explaining every step, cost etc. He was so pleasant and easy to talk to and answered every question I had. Appointments were easy to make. Chris Durazzo was the technician who came to take care of my mother. His arrival was right on time. He took time to explain every step and spent a couple of hours testing her hearing and finding a hearing aid that worked well for her. He was so patient, gentle and kind, listening to her concerns and even stories about her favorite music! Very professional and friendly. Return visit to deliver her hearing aids and make sure she could use them properly were just as good. We highly recommend Anywhere Audiology!! They were a life (and hearing) savior!

Most of the time he's trying to fill in my insurance and payment information himself. He doesn't have an assistant. He had at most one min listening to me. I'm not sure if the device he inserted into my nose had been properly sanitized. He seems to be in such a rush. In my case, the medical advice he gave did not work.

Perhaps some offices are better than others under the network but the office in Clifton Ave, Clifton, NJ. stands apart from the others when it comes to service. One of the most important points to make is to exalt the great welcoming to the facility by Isis Peralta after the registration process, always smiling, kind and treating you with respect. I really appreciate all the efforts that Isis makes to help me with my problem on gathering the information about my visit, I was pleasantly surprised but thankful to know that they are people who still care about how I feel and the reason for my visit. Best doctor visit ever. Great work! The doctors are good even though you can't always see the same doctor (that really bothers me) but the next doctor I saw had good skills and it seems well prepared and knowledgeable about medicine so that make up for it. Made an appointment for Monday and there is no doctor availability until the evening which is absurd to me considering it is in fact a doctor's office. This location needs to be better at providing patient centered care when it comes to having doctors available during NORMAL business hours.

Fine, I had tests & spent over $4000 on new hearing aids. Crystal asked me to come back for a follow up on 3 January. I tried calling a few times that morning to confirm my afternoon appointment - the phone was never picked up. I went (in the freezing cold) to their office where the (same) receptionist told me the apptmt was not in the computer. I wonder if that was due to her writing on the card the wrong year! She told me Crystal wasn't in anyway. If she had (once again) done her job & put my appointment in, she could have called & told me not to come & made another appointment! I am an easy-going person but this level of incompetency is completely frustrating & I'm telling the story to save others considering Hear USA.
