They turned an apartment into an office which was a bit weird to me. When I saw the nurse practitioner she was not confident at all, I actually questioned if she had her credentials because she literally told me nothing. Then they send you downstairs to get x rays which isn't done by a x ray tech it's done by whoever is available. They tell me the chiropractor doesn't come in until the following week so that's when it will be read. You're a spine center and you don't have someone on staff to read x rays?? You will see a whole train of people but the person I was most turned off by was "Dr.K". He's nice sure but a little creepy talking to adults, he will talk to you like you're about 7. It was at that point I said I gotta get out of here this is a scam. They bait and switch you so you have to come back for another visit to get your results. It's been weeks and not a soul has called me. This place just doesn't feel right. They also offer Botox which if your red flags weren't already raised they should be now! I'm pretty sure everyone that said they were a "Dr" there is some sort of tech so don't be fooled.

The staff is incredibly rude, unprofessional, and the first thing I was told when walking up to the office was "we open at 2:30" (even though a staff member told me over the phone to come at 2:15 to complete paperwork). I waited for awhile, and spent the first 30 minutes of my visit answering questions that I already put on the questionnaire. I was then given pamphlets about getting vitamin shots (which was never the reason why I came to this chiropractor). Even though I was told over the phone my appointment would be 45 minutes, it was about an hour and I even told the front desk I had to be out by 3 PM. The chiropractor came out, said we would do X-rays and he would get me out the door. I was late getting out since the X-ray took longer, got no adjustment and paid $250 for no adjustment. Not to mention, the office smells like marijuana, my chiropractor made me feel uncomfortable by asking me the same question 2x, slurring a bit, and making weird jokes. Really unfortunate experience, but when getting my neck and back adjusted, I want someone professional and who I feel confident in. This missed the mark.

For this reason, I didn't feel that they took the time to know me and what I truly need. I think the therapists were just going through the motion but not gear to the individual. Was disappointed. Made a 1:40 appointment here for persistent runner's knee. The nurse called me in right at 1:40…read more The x-rays of my knees were done by 2:00. At one point, one nurse came in and asked me to move from the examining table to the chair to be more comfortable while waiting. Supposedly this was at the request of Dr. Mendes. Cool. At another point, a second nurse came in and told me the doctor was running a little behind with other patients and asked if I had anywhere to be. Not sure it would have mattered if I did, but it was still nice of her to ask. Dr. Mendes spent about 5-10 minutes with me and ultimately prescribed me an MRI, which is the outcome I was expecting. Because of the subtlety of my injury, he explained he wasn't really able to diagnose me in the absence of those results. Overall, the staff was courteous, professional, and prompt. My only complaint is that Dr. Mendes acknowledged that his associate, Dr. Chase, was who I should have seen in the first place. Chase specializes in sports and I did specify with the secretary when I made my appointment that I was coming in for a sports-related injury. No Mendes's fault, but still kind of annoying.

My doctor's office sent over a a referral and they informed me it needed to be electronic (this should of been explained prior to my appointment) After going back and forth with my doctor and the front desk person, I was then ignored by the front desk. The kindness faded, and while speaking to the male front desk person, I did not receive eye contact, I waved my hand to get his attention and was still ignored. I came to this office with high hopes of help and left with tears because of feeling embarrassed. I am dissapionted and will report back to my personal trainer with my experience. Truly dissapionted on how I was treated, especially that I am a kind person. Noone should ever leave your office feeling this way. I understand you could not service me because of your rules, but being ignored because I was no longer a financial asset to the company is wrong. I am still a human being.

There is a parking lot in the back so that shouldn't be a problem. Her appointment was for 4 o'clock, we didn't get taken in until 5 and were seen around 5:30 but the doctor more than made up for the time we waited. She's had knee pain for a long time and was told many years ago she would need knee replacements. Dr. Femino said that'll only be the case when she's much much older. It was such a relief to hear a doctor not automatically push for a serious surgery. They really do focus on a conservative approach here. It's so refreshing. Not to mention, it's a beautiful office. The staff is friendly and approachable. I would definitely recommend these doctors to anyone suffering any type of leg/foot pain.

Since coming here, my injury has improved significantly and I owe it to all the workers here. They always care to ask for what immediate symptoms you are feeling and will adjust your treatment accordingly. Don't be afraid to ask what else they offer besides the typical treatment! I found out that they have a lot of goodies!
