UP came and also AHS sent an electrician to verify electricity. UP was told that the pump should be 208 volts as this area of Palm Springs is set up that way. Even after being told that the pump should be a 208 volt pump, UP installed a 230 volt pump. In addition to that the pump was not an equivalent to my Hayward pump. They installed a "cheap" Varminpool pump that if you ask any pool company they will tell you they have never heard of it. In addition to installing the wrong voltage pump, the technician from UP installed the electrical using a 14gauge stranded appliance cable in which he cut ff the plug in order to use it. Of course it should have been a 12gauge solid strand individual wires. So here I am again a year later and the pump has failed and AHS wants to send this same company to repair my pump. Not going to happen!!! Don't use UP or AHS.

I have been communicating with them since project completion that they still need to repair this column, well I'm finally tired of it. It's been over a year and still no repair. I've finally accepted that they don't plan to repair it anymore, hence the reason for this review.
