I had two expensive, disastrous experiences with other companies, one of which had me on hold for over an hour when I reached out to can el service. When I called Mojave WiFi, the phone was answered by a local woman who was friendly, professional, and ready to help me. The installer was on time and showed the same friendliness and professionalism as the woman in the office. They asked me to buy a router, which I got for $50 at Walmart. Earthlink charged $16 permi th for their router, so I'll be saving money by having my own in just a few months. So far, the internet works great. I spend a lot of time on the computer or streaming TV and there hasn't been any issue with the signal. I highly recommend this company and its kind people.

They were able to provide me internet that could keep up with my very demanding job that required super fast upload speeds! I was so so thankful that I could support such a wonderful company. I looked at my other option when considering my internet provider (zillionaire owner rhymes with Pee-on Dusk) but they lacked the stability, customer service (good luck talking to a human lol) and care that I was looking for. I have very high standards and Mojave Wifi is THE BEST. Crystal and Lisa are both so friendly and incredible at their jobs and all the technicians are also very friendly and professional and just overall great! Can't recommend Mojave Wifi enough and am so thankful that they exist - my job literally depended on it!

    The initial service installation was fine. After about a week, the Internet stopped working. The…read morefrontier representative blamed my private router and said it would cost me $150 for a technician to come out. I declined their service and signed up with Spectrum. My router works fine with Spectrum.. I tried for two months to cancel my service with frontier. First of all, they try to keep you with their service by offering you all kinds of great deals. I was not interested in any of their discounted deals for Internet that only intermittently worked. They make it extremely difficult to cancel their service, they insist that I give them a pin number to cancel. The frontier representative said that I would receive the pin number in the mail within seven days.. the seven days came and went. I called again then they said oh it was 7 to 10 business days. I waited a full two weeks then called again and said I had not received my pin number. Then they said they would mail it out again and it would only take three days. Well those three days came and went and I called again after five days. This time they promised they really really would send a pin number and they finally did send it. I was on vacation so I didn't open my mail till I got back. I called today to give them my pin number and they said that the pin number had expired. I explained to them that the letter was dated August 6 and that I had been out of town and I just open my mail today. The response was well you waited 21 days to contact us. At that time I lost my cool and I guess the rules changed because they were able to cancel my service right then and there. The frontier representative told me that they were doing me a great service by not charging me $100 cancellation fee and I didn't even have to return my equipment. I responded that it was brand new equipment and that it's a shame that they don't want it back and they should lower their prices and stop wasting their equipment.

    Let me first apologize for stupidly remaining a customer of DIRECTV since 2019 & paying their…read moreHORRIFIC monthly bill for a whole lot of NOTHING.....as my husband watches only TCM & none of their other offered garbage. And second, for being so STUPID for having the account set for auto pay! Stupid aside, I put this account into "vacation mode" on 6/24/25 w/direction from the DIRECTV rep to"Call back when I want to resume service". So, without a call from me, DIRECTV resumed my service 3/21/26 then sent me a bill for $309.83 eating into a credit of $118.82 that set on their books for their use for 9mos leaving a bill of $191.01 that they charged to my Visa unknown to me on 4/27. I discovered this disaster today 5/5 and sat on the phone w/3 Directv reps for 2 hrs trying to reason with them that their rep left it very open ended with... "Call us when you want to resume" but that they aren't willing to honor that rep's arrangement. And the kicker is.....their equipment doesn't even work! My husband tried it and it's DEAD IN THE WATER! So, even if we had wanted to resume service, there isn't a way to do so with their non-working equipment. I am LIVID! DIRECTV STOLE OUR $118.82 CREDIT BALANCE! PLUS REINSTATED UNWANTED/UNASKED FOR SERVICE AT $165.+/mo! PLUS TELLING ME THAT THEY "SENT A LETTER OR EMAIL (though which they don't know) STATING THEY WERE RESUMING SERVICE". No, they did NOT! PLUS LEFT US WITH NON-WORKING JUNK TELLING ME IT IS "MY PROBLEM TO GET RID OF IN WHATEVER WAY I SEE FIT......SMASHING IT WITH A SLEDGE HAMMER IF I CHOOSE TO DO SO" per JOY -supervisor. WHAT A TERRIBLE OVER-PRICED COMPANY THAT ALLOWS THEIR PEOPLE TO MISREPRESENT AND TELL LIES! The "funny" thing to me is....had I called up and asked for "CUSTOMER RETENTION DEPT" under the guise of wishing to continue service for a monthly cost reduction, they would've happily done that yet JOY a supervisor claimed she had "no power to reduce or waive that unanticipated charge". Such FALSEHOOD! So, what I get out of doing business with DIRECTV is a whole lot of Nothing but FRUSTRATION! What DIRECTV gets is my frustration put in print for all would-be or present DIRECTV customers to reflect upon because you, too may find yourself at the short end of their pointed stick! They took the time to explain all our options and guided us through the process of settling our debt with our old carrier while helping us get top-of-the-line phones. The staff even stayed late to ensure we were completely satisfied with our experience. While I was there, I noticed they were giving out umbrellas. I asked if we could have one, as my daughter had been wanting one. Instead of just one, they generously gave me four, one for each of us, and mentioned it was part of T-Mobile Tuesdays. A week later, while getting coffee next door, I stopped by the store to compliment the manager on the great impression his employees left on us. I also shared how useful the umbrellas had been, especially since the weather turned stormy that week. I told him I had given one to a student at the school who was drenched from the rain and had a long walk home. The manager thought for a moment and then asked me to wait. Shortly after, he returned with a giant pink bag containing over 40 umbrellas and said, "Do you think you could find other kids who need these?" The next day, my son and I distributed 43 umbrellas to kids on our campus. There were pink umbrellas, dry bodies, and smiles everywhere. Thank you, T-Mobile! *I hope you enjoy the picture. I made it in memory of this great day.

After careful consideration about the best approach, they used the proper hardware to affix these paintings to the wall. For reference, these paintings are massive, but Nicholas and John were up to the task and methodically and accurately placed them exactly where we wanted. Online reviews really matter, especially when you're hiring someone you've never met. After reading all the glowing feedback about Quick Fixin' Fellas, we felt confident that they would do a good job. And they really did. Although they're just getting started, we're happy to recommend them to others and will definitely call them again if we have a need. The job was 90% complete, but they didn't have the tools to finish it off and let me know they'd return in a couple of days. We picked a day, I paid, and tipped quite well for their service. The selected day came and went without any text, call or service. I followed up, and was told that they would come by the following day. Same thing - no show again. Another follow up text lead to another rescheduling for the next day. Once again, no show. So, two stars because the work they did when they showed up was decent, but they aren't reliable and I wouldn't suggest hiring them.
