So i had my Sony Laptop one day it was working just fine. Then all of a sudden when i pushed the power button it would not come on! I was really worried i plugged it in still nothing the darn thing just would not work. So i took it to MJM Network after reading some of the reviews on here. Hopping they would be a good place. When i talked on the phone they said that it sounds like it was a motherboard problem or DC Jack. They said it can be anywhere from $79.99 to $249.99 if i needed a new motherboard. I was kind of bummed about the price but hey i needed my laptop and when i asked around others quoted WAY higher then these guys. So i got there filled out there paper and left my laptop. about 3 hours later i got a call saying it was ready for PICK UP! And you know how much my cost way ? Just $29.99 for there Diag. They said it just needed to be reset by clearing the CMOS. Now my laptop is working fine and great! So i know these guys are honest because hey i gave them the OK to change my motherboard out if necessary cause i really needed my laptop. And they could of just done that and said it was fixed but not they was honest and just charge me $29.99. These guys are now my goto for computer repair! read more

I have used their computers and found them to be very fast and the cost is unbelievable! It is so inexpensive that one would be silly to go anywhere else! Also I have had my computer repaired there and the cost was also very inexpensive and the service was excellent. The employees there are VERY helpful and knowledgeable. One particular employee (ERIC) was extremely helpful to me and went out of his way to help me and one can see that he enjoys helping people with computers. The guy who works there i think his name is Eric. Or something like that. Well you know the guy out in the front. He was so nice and seemed like he really cared about my computer problem. I could not get the darn antivirus to install! After hours of trying i took it to the best buy store in Sherman Oaks. The young women there was nice i think her name was Brenda she said they can have it installed for me for only $29.99. I thought wow great she even said i can wait that it only be about 20 minutes. Well after over an hour they said I have a virus and that is what the problem is. And that it was going to be $200 what! Way too much so I took it to mjm network they said it would be $69.99 to remove the virus's. I said fine but later on i got a call from Eric saying my computer does not have any virus! And he installed AVG! I paid him $29.99! He was great and so nice, and to think best buy wanted to charge $200 for something i did not even have. I am very happy with mjm network. read more

While I was on vacation, I noticed that I had some condensation on the internal lens of my iPhone which were blurring all my pictures. I called MJM here in Twentynine Palms and spoke to a very nice person named Eric. After explaining to him my situation, he confidently assured me that he could fix the problem and said I could come to his office immediately. He not only remedied the issue, but did so in 20 minutes for a reasonable cost-$40. He was very professional and very nice. I needed my iPhone 8 Plus screen replaced and my wife recommended this place to me. Eric is awesome and was very quick in repairing it. He's been doing it for so long that it's like driving a car, it's like second nature. He also took the time to explain what he was doing. Out the door it cost me $130 to get it fixed within 30 minutes. I know there are other places that could have gotten it done for cheap but those places are maybe an hour to two hours away. Great place if you on the go and need to print out your documents before your next meeting while away from the office! They have computer rental for just one dollar and prints for just 25 cents. Really great deal for me while on the road away from my office and sure it is for others as well.
