    Dear Spectrum Customer Service,…read more I have been a Spectrum customer for many years, using mobile, internet, and now TV service. Unfortunately, I have never experienced so many problems with customer service as I have recently with my TV service. The main issues are: * Lack of transparency and continuity: Each time I call in, there's no proper documentation or review of previous notes. I have to re-explain the entire situation, and nothing is followed through. * Misleading information: I was told by a technician on Sunday that the problem was a node issue. However, since then, no one has reached out, and I've received no updates or confirmation that the problem is being addressed. When I call back, I'm simply told to open another ticket instead of seeing actual progress. * Poor accountability: The service issues remain unresolved, yet Spectrum continues to collect payment without delivering the reliability or integrity expected. This is not how customer service should work. I would strongly caution others to think twice before choosing Spectrum, as customers deserve honesty, consistency, and solutions--not empty promises and repeated runarounds.     This company had spotty service the whole three years that I used them. When I called to…read moredisconnect, I was not told that they would not pro so I would need to disconnect on the last day of my even if I was still there. I was not told that until I called to dispute my final bill which includes four weeks that I will not be living Where that service was. I do not recommend them as a service provider. Also customer service was terrible.

    This company's sales representative engaged in gross misrepresentation and fraud when she signed me…read moreup for Direct TV last year.2 issues are involved -When we signed up she was told that we would be relocating to the Charlotte area. She informed me on several occasions that the installation at our new home would be done by them at no cost. When it came time to do this, she scheduled us. A week prior to moving I reconfirmed the insatll date at which time she said they can't do it and I would need to contact Direct TV. They told me that it would cost $200. I subsequently had conversations with her which she said she was working on the issue. Finally, the day before the move, she emailed me saying there was nothing she can do. I asked to sperak to the owner on 5 occcasions, but he refued to speak with me.The second issue involves her representation to me that the $54 we would pay for the first year would only increase to $61 in year 2. My bill increased from $54 to $89 this month. Because of this, I called America's Satelite on January 17th and spoke to John who told me it should not have gone up 70% and reconfirmed that America's Satelite go to Charlotte "all the time". I asked to speak with the owner, Alberto on the following Monday. I received an email that Monday saying that he was out of the country and would be back the following Monday. After not hearing from him that Monday, I emailed and called on at least 5 occasions and, to date, he has again, ignored my calls.By his actions (or lack thereof), Alberto condones fraudulant misrepresentation from his sales force and has no interest in resolving this issue. The company does not honor the written representations of their sales staff which cost me $240 and the owner is fully aware that it will cost more to sue than the $240. He is dishonest and disreputable and is n ot interested in correcting this issue. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!

    Crooked sales tactics. These guys are just like any other classic sleazeball salespeople. Walker…read moretook advantage of my predicament even though I told him the reason why I was there was for the new s26ultra free phone deal. I called ahead to this store because of my predicament. My car was towed that morning, my phone with a magnetized wallet was stolen the week before, I was unable to pay my insurance deductible to have my phone replaced because my card would take 2 weeks to arrive from my bank. Easter weekend didn't allow me to receive any help from Friday til Sunday. So I was desperately trying to get a phone so I could get myself out of the mess I was in. I borrowed a friend's car and drove an hour and a half out to this Waynesville store. After every question or prompt Walker gave me, he excused himself and walked over to his manager before coming back to me to let me know that usually they don't help people without proper ID/Phone but they will help me because of my situation. In reality, they only made it worse because they then prompted me to pay off the remainder of my phone payments, claiming I had to do that to show the new deals/discounts on my accounts. I paid it even though this canceled out the trade-in value deal I had on that phone, and guess what! The s26ultra was not part of any promotion available on my phone. When I asked Walker about it he said that the promo is only for new customers. I asked if I was a new customer now that I paid off my phone. He said no and that I am considered a return customer. So he knew from the start that the deal I was interested in was not available to me, but still prompted me to pay out my phone so he could get some sort of sale under his name and cancel my trade-in value. I said sorry you didn't get your sale and stood up to leave. He had the nerve to say no I'm sorry about your situation, that sucks. He should have been straightforward with me and told me from the get-go that the s26ultra deal I was interested in would never apply to me. So now not only am I without my wallet, phone, and car, but I am also without the money I paid to buy out my phone, and I lost my trade-in value. So thanks for that. I drove over three hours round-trip to be worse off than before. I can tell you guys really don't give a care about your customers.
