My tablet screen was broken and Jeff offered to repair/replace it, but had never done it before on that particular item and wouldn't guarantee the work. I took my chances with him and he did an excellent job. It is now many years later (2024) and I've had to move to a retirement village where we have an IT department which takes care of most of our IT needs. Unfortunately my old, 5SE iPhone which I need because of manual dexterity problems, couldn't be repaired by the new, young tech and ended up in worse shape than before. The floating Home button cannot be eliminated, the regular Home button which had been difficult to push is permanently stuck. It is now Friday evening and I'll have to wait until Monday to somehow get the phone down to Peak Wireless and have Jeff and his crew work their magic on it.

After they "fixed" it my texting keyboard was effectively dysfunctional and so frustrating that I wanted to throw it out the window every time I tried to text someone. And everything around the edges of the glass was useless to the touch. And don't let them sell you on some 90 day fix it for free scam. I brought my phone back to them twice to respectfully and politely asked for it to be fixed properly. The first time they suggested the problem was that I hadn't updated to the latest iOS (what a load of crap but I tried it). The second time, the guy just shrugged and said, "well you know, sometimes when you break the glass it just screws up the phone for good". Instead, I received no updates and had to return multiple times over approximately three weeks. Each time, I was told it needed more time and would be ready "tomorrow." When I finally received it, the watch was rubber-banded together, covered in glue, and only the back appeared to have been repaired. The other issues remained unresolved. Two days later, the watch shut down again. When I returned to discuss the problem, the representative became defensive, called me a liar, and refused to review the cameras he had mentioned. I had remained patient throughout the process and was not disrespectful, so this treatment was completely unacceptable. I paid $25 after he initially quoted $30-$35, yet he said I should be grateful because he had done more work than I paid for. The money is not the main issue--the lack of communication, poor workmanship, repeated promises, and unprofessional behavior are. I cannot recommend this location.
