Places like Best Buy or other repair shops are worse than car mechanics when it comes to price gouging, let alone actually fixing the issue. Chris actually explains to me what is wrong with my laptop or printer or whatever and how he is going to fix it. Even if I'm too dense understand, he won't take that for granted. Once, my laptop's screen went completely blank, I couldn't afford to buy a new one at the time. He got the replacement part & got it working again for about $50. Another time, I was too simple to get my wireless printer to print. Okay, I had never been able to get it to print without connecting the cable directly to my computer.
