Went in to discuss new phones, both were still working but having issues. We met Red there, who listened to our issues and worked with us to get us new phones for very close to what we were already paying and with a much better plan. I purchased an IPhone 15 on October 8, 2024 and was told if I had questions to come back and (he) would help me. Forget that..... waited 15 minutes to talk to the same rep that sold me the phone.....answered one question that didn't solve the problem and then told me to go to a computer store (Wired) for assistance. Rep informed me they were a retail sales store, not there to help with problems. Bad, bad service - the rep needs to be fired!!! Spent $790 on a new phone of which he got high commission and doesn't have time for questions. Put a bad taste in my mouth for Verizon & I am switching to a new wireless carrier. s. I have Verizon Prepaid ,so when I experienced trouble with my phone, I was hesitant about going in to the Verizon store ! I was sure they would tell me they couldn't help me ! But after several attempts to fix the the problem on my own , I desperately wandered into the store ! Mr Claude Dupuis pleasantly approached me.. I explained my problem, and he was more than willing to help me ! He got everything straightened out , and got my phone back up and working ! This store is pretty big, free standing and conveniently located in the parking lot before you enter the roundabout that leads to the new Walmart Super Center. We stopped in for a quick visit to find out if there were any local places to fix a phone screen. The employees were super helpful and sympathetic. They could have looked at the phone like it was dog turd and said "throw it in a dumpster", or said "just get a new phone". The total opposite happened. Thanks guys and gals!! read more

My wife was having phone issues. We dropped by just a little before 8 on a Friday night. Claude & Justin we're awesome. Very professional and friendly service. They didn't rush trying to get rid of us before they closed at 8:30. After many attempts to reset the phone. We resigned to the fact the phone was beyond repair due to a software issue. SIM card was swapped in hopes of last resort fix. Did not work that night. Magically the next morning the phone worked like normal. Even though they were not able to fix the phone they did what they could to try. Please remember this is not a Verizon store. It's a point of sale store authorized by Verizon. They cannot fix your Verizon bill or phone like a Verizon store can. Abusing the employees at this store because they can't fix your phone or billing problems only make you the jerk. Be nice people. Life is short. Will definitely buy our next phone here when it's time to upgrade. read more

I have been into this location twice and both times the employee's have been very rude to me. Both times I went up after to the Waynesville location and my phone problems were taken care by professional people. The employees in Franklin all should be fired! read more

We walked into the store to get pricing. We told the crooked salespeople that we had to get to a meeting and would be back to discuss the options. While we were at our other meeting, they changed our plan, charged us for phones and even charged us for the insurance on the phones WITHOUT OUR AUTHORIZATION!!! What a bunch of crooks. We only found this out because Verizon texted us that our plan had changed. It took multiple calls to Verizon corporate to get everything straightened out. Stay away from tawanna and Brandon. They are both terrible at customer service and liars. The worst part of it is they didn't even put us on a plan that we wanted. Keep away from this store. There are other Verizon stores to buy your phones and plans at or just switch to sprint. Very disappointing. read more

My husband and I just left Cellular Sales in Franklin. We had been in earlier and had been treated rudely by another agent (who actually said one of his co-workers lied to us earlier this week about a possible discount- and no I don't know his name). We left, fully intending to change to another service provider. We talked about it and decided that we needed to go back in because we had a couple of questions. So we went back and Christie Welch, the agent we had spoken with earlier in the week, was helping another customer so we decided to wait until she was available to help us. She finished up with her customer and called us over. She answered our questions, navigated through the issue we were having, and going to a lot of trouble to do so, found helpful solutions to our issues. So thank you so much Christie Welch!!! I have purchased now two phones and most recently a new ipad. from this store. Rob Bock took care of EVERYTHING as far as explaining the changes from my old ipad 2 to the 1pad 32gb. He was able to transfer ALL of my information which helped greatly. I felt that he understood my concerns as well as questions and responded appropriately for my benefit. This is a busy store especially during peak hours BUT the wait is worth it BECAUSE each sales person has knowledge to share with you. I must update my review. The regional office read my review and contacted me immediately. They have been nothing but extraordinary going above and beyond to get me a phone that works with my Mazda's Bluetooth and at no additional expense to me.
