After being frustrated with all the mumbojumbo and that dam QR code mess from Amazon to do a simple return of a watch that doesn't work plus an "affiliate" store here close to home that refused to accept my return package....i drove to the UPS store in Franklin and was greeted by a fine, wonderful young man who accepted my package, handed me a reciept in less than two minutes. WOWEEZOWEE! Just like America used to be and SHOULD BE! THANKS! read more

Terrible experience with this location, they try to upsell to the most expensive shipping method with the highest profit for the store (instead of the best service for the customer) Tried to tell me the US Post Office flat rate services are not insured...please...do better than that. Won't be using you ever again and will let everybody around the area to be careful of your greedy ways. read more

Excellent customer service. I was quoted a price for a very large shipment . After they reviewed packaging options more closely (after I had departed), they realized that they could save me a significant amount of money. Immediately; they contacted me (In California) to let me know that my credit card would be adjusted accordingly.. This is a business of integrity and the employees are very consultative, patient and personable. read more

Can't get any better service than I got here. I brought in a couple hundred pounds worth of car parts I was shipping out, and Al and I spent the better part of the morning sorting, packing, weighing and boxing everything up. He also helped me find the most efficient and cost effective way to get everything shipped, giving me estimates for various options. He helped me wrangle my barrage of parts while simultaneously assisting the usual stream of customers and phone calls, and we got everything safely packed away and shipped in a timely manner. read more

Moreover, I was told that I would be charged $200-$300 and was charged upwards of $600. I was also told that my items would be reinforced with tape and professionally packed and everything came destroyed and broken. I have over 20 pictures that I will be posting online (see here), as glass and razor blades came flying out of the box and all of my personal items (even a bin marked *important) were shipped in the same box as breakable toiletries. I've had to toss almost everything, and what I still have left wreaks of nail polish. The owner of this business had the audacity to call me a liar when I had a complete inventory (that I provided) of the 9 items I left at their store, and I only received 8. The customer service is some of the worst I've ever experienced in my entire life. One of the employees actually told me that it was not necessary for me to speak to a manager because they wouldn't help me. Are you kidding me right now? I am beyond appalled and have no idea how this place is still in business. They run their operation like a complete shit show. I was offered $200 but was not offered a refund or any sort of genuine apology. I'm mostly upset that my claim was not taken seriously, even after sending these 20 photos to the owner. This is completely unacceptable. Any business with clout would be appalled if this happened to one of their customers and would offer a full refund without a doubt. At the end of the day, they promised me professional packing, and you can see what I got, on top of an item being missing. It took me over 3 hours to clean up this mess.
