Customer service. We drove 20 mins after calling and letting them know and asking if they could…read moretake care of us. The gentleman said yes. Not to mention it was for my son's birthday.... Will never return to this location again. Or in fact with Verizon. They have lost their customer service skills. And have taken money out of our account when they shouldn't have. Something needs to happen bc these billion dollar companies think they can do what they want....

When I first went here with an appointment, it was with Tom and he was very nice . He hooked me up…read morewith an iPhone 16, I could not sign in though because I had forgotten my Apple password. It turns out that you can't get apps or do anything without signing into Apple. I drove to the closest Apple store to try and get help (21/2 hours away). The girl there rushed us with absolutely no help i would have just changed my password but to verify, they had my old phone number, so I couldn't do that either I left Verizon with a brand new iPhone that I couldn't use! I feel like Tom could have helped more by talking to Apple himself and getting it all straightened out. He also knew I have a brain tumor and its hard for me to type or talk on the phone. After a couple of weeks, I made another appointment with Erin. He kept me waiting a long time and went to another lady before coming to me. Erin claimed to be some sort of " techie King," but he didn't help me either and even made fun of me as he watched me type. Next time I went in, it was to exchange the iPhone for a Samsung. ERin for whatever reason, had tried to talk me out of it ( probably had something to do with his commission I thought) When I went in to make the swap, Erin passed me off to TOM, which was fine with me but I thought it was odd because my appointment was wih ERIn, Neither one was as friendly and neither one acted like they wanted to help. I got the Samsung, but he said he couldn't switch over my contacts, so I sat there and had to do each one by one. The first visit, ERIN was able to somehow get my old contacts onto the new iPhone, which I thought were gone forever, especially since I didn't have my old phone anymore. So with my new Samsung TOM said he couldn't switch over my contacts, which was a total ASS LIE !!! AS soon as i started playing around with it, it gave me the option to pair up and switch it all over!!! Thank you, dumba** TOM I know this is long, but I wanted to be sure and call these two out for treating me so badly and not helping like they could have. I must have messed up their commission, that's all I can figure. And I said I'd get my phone case off Amazon ( cheaper, so do you blame me ?) ERin your crown has been removed, you f**King idiot
