The girl there rushed us with absolutely no help i would have just changed my password but to verify, they had my old phone number, so I couldn't do that either I left Verizon with a brand new iPhone that I couldn't use! I feel like Tom could have helped more by talking to Apple himself and getting it all straightened out. He also knew I have a brain tumor and its hard for me to type or talk on the phone. After a couple of weeks, I made another appointment with Erin. He kept me waiting a long time and went to another lady before coming to me. Erin claimed to be some sort of " techie King," but he didn't help me either and even made fun of me as he watched me type. Next time I went in, it was to exchange the iPhone for a Samsung. ERin for whatever reason, had tried to talk me out of it ( probably had something to do with his commission I thought) When I went in to make the swap, Erin passed me off to TOM, which was fine with me but I thought it was odd because my appointment was wih ERIn, Neither one was as friendly and neither one acted like they wanted to help. I got the Samsung, but he said he couldn't switch over my contacts, so I sat there and had to do each one by one. The first visit, ERIN was able to somehow get my old contacts onto the new iPhone, which I thought were gone forever, especially since I didn't have my old phone anymore. So with my new Samsung TOM said he couldn't switch over my contacts, which was a total ASS LIE !!! AS soon as i started playing around with it, it gave me the option to pair up and switch it all over!!! Thank you, dumba** TOM I know this is long, but I wanted to be sure and call these two out for treating me so badly and not helping like they could have. My tablet screen was broken and Jeff offered to repair/replace it, but had never done it before on that particular item and wouldn't guarantee the work. I took my chances with him and he did an excellent job. It is now many years later (2024) and I've had to move to a retirement village where we have an IT department which takes care of most of our IT needs. Unfortunately my old, 5SE iPhone which I need because of manual dexterity problems, couldn't be repaired by the new, young tech and ended up in worse shape than before. The floating Home button cannot be eliminated, the regular Home button which had been difficult to push is permanently stuck. It is now Friday evening and I'll have to wait until Monday to somehow get the phone down to Peak Wireless and have Jeff and his crew work their magic on it.

Their dispatchers 9/10 times will refuse to pay you a Truck Ordered Not Used (TONU Fee) even though…read moreyou are owed it by contract. They lie to drivers saying their clients canceled loads but have really dispatched them to a 2nd driver for a cheaper rate. Then refuse to pay your TONU. The load info is 90% incorrect; you show up and it's heavier and larger than it should be but they bid on the load by "truck size" not freight size so drivers are told they are still required to take the larger freight for no additional compensation. But on my last load when the client changed the number of skids to more than my truck size, I was told no TONU because it wasn't the scheduled pick-up time yet (even though I had driven 1.5 hours & was at the pickup site) because the dispatcher told me she "thought it was ready early". But they claim that she never said "Head there early" so I'm not owed the TONU. An unethical company trying to operate in the US as if they were operating still in the socialist country of Ukraine that they are based in.

We reported a freight guard against VS Services LLC (MC 688978) and the proceeded to have all of these negative reviews posted. You can clearly see that all of these negative and fraudulent reviews were added after the freight guard was posted. VS Services LLC back solicited a shipper, modified an in-transit agreement, lied about the location of the freight, and did various other unethical business practices.
