In the last month I have visited the Spectrum Farragut Kingston Pike office twice. On my first visited I returned an extended wi-fi box , I was very pleased with the prompt service I received. Yesterday I went back to the same office because my cell phone was not holding a charge. My phone is now holding a charge and working and overall working very well. On both visits I dealt with Cash. He was extremely professional and seemed to really care about at my satisfaction. I was very impressed with Cash and would highly recommend him to assist you with your Spectrum account.
