    Do not get SCAMMED by this service. I unfortunately have a family member who works for AT&T and…read moresuggesting I try out their Air Wireless Internet system. Being young, this is the first service I've ever put in my name. Don't forget this is all supposed to be free. It comes in, I set it up, and it was giving me at most 130mbps, nowhere close to my 650mbps from Xfinity. Decided it wasn't worth the hassle, so I drove it to the ups store, printed the label, shipped it off. That was in October of last year, the next month I got an email saying my bills was ready, a balance of $76, contacted support, they said it was a mistake, do not regard. Then December rolls around, apparently they hadn't received my equipment that I returned, then proceeded to charge an extra $200 return fee on top of my false bill. I then went to this retail store, was given a number to call to speak with an account handler. They then assured me that they had actually gotten the equipment the prior month, and the fee would be removed from my account. I then got a very convenient email saying that they had actually received it. I kept getting letters of my "bill" in the mail, and called the number again, they assured me this time that it just takes time for my cancellation that I did 2 months ago to be put into effect, and any bill or notification I receive from then on was obsolete. Here we are in Jan, and I have just gotten a debt collection letter from AT&T, my first ever. I was devastated to open it, I've already contacted the dept collectors, so we'll see where we go from here. But a quick recap; AT&T offers a "free" trial as long as the plan is cancelled within the first 30 days, they'll even pay for the return label. However, it takes longer than 30 days for the cancellation and the return to be processed, they then are able to charge an "internet usage bill" since the service is technically still active, and they will charge a non return equipment fee of $200. Then will proceed to assure you all is well and you're not mistaken, and then send dept collectors after you. So whoever is skeptical about their services and customer support, and are thinking about giving them a chance, please reconsider. My family has been a customer of Xfinity's internet service for the last 15+ years and I wouldn't recommend anyone else.

    I've been a customer for over 20 years....Avoid their LG phones. Search "LG bootloop" they sold…read morephones with a history of hardware problems and they will provide no help other than refer you to LG for repairs. In the LG announcement, provided to androidcentral.com they say to take it to your local carrier where you purchased it. Really? USCellular is not helpful at all. No replacement. No loaner phone. No assistance. As a matter of fact, avoid USCellular all together.

MY FAULT, I forgot about them as HE hurried me through the process and begged for my old phone because he got "points" for getting people to turn in their phones ... I guess I'm that proverbial SUCKER trying to help people out ... I changed carriers ONLY because AT&T doesn't have good Cell Service in the Appalachian Mountains.... YEAH, my brother said he probably sold my old phone for money ... YES, I ASKED him to be sure my contract was up and when he 'checked' AT&T he told me my 2-year contract WAS up. HE LIED. He closed my AT&T account and now I have over $200 in "early termination fees" ,,, I HATED the ANDROID ... I ended up going to the Jefferson City Cellular Sales to exchange the ANDROID phone full of "stupid samsung stuff" for an iPhone 4. AND BECAUSE I SWITCHED CARRIERS I CAN'T EVER GET MY DEAD DAD'S VOICE MAILS BACK. Am I yelling? NO, I'm crying my heart out. I can't remember his voice. YES ... BUYER BE AWARE ... Mr Smooth Talker got me good. Don't let him get you good. I accept responsibility for being a stupid old woman trying to be kind to a smooth talking salesman and I have to live with this regret for TWO doggone YEARS ..... I can't afford ANOTHER early termination fee. This Kiosk in the FLEA MARKET should have a sign that says ... ANYTHING FOR A SALE ............. If I could do it over again, I would NOT. I would go to a REAL Verizon Store and hope that someone with a formed conscience would tell me the truth when I asked them to check my former carrier.... and not talk me out of the my old phone with the ONLY MEMORY I had of my Dad. AND to top all that off ... he goes and sets me up with a phone plan that VERIZON NO LONGER USES ........... how's that for a SUCKERED old woman. WELL, he got me good and I hope his business goes belly up .... or he pays me to remove this TRUTHFUL review .... I'd say ... 100 times what my Early Termination Fee is would suffice.
