I have had Spectrum for two years and the whole time it has not performed well. ATT came through with fiber and two of my neighbors installed and said they love it so I decided to join in. The process was pretty fast first I contacted Aaron who sets everything in motion. Then Ragan came and actually installed the fiber line. In the meantime I met Morgan Meeks who was going to show me how to work the apps. Long story short I wound up moving my cell over too. Morgan was very patient as it's I'm used to Spectrum. She handled all the work I just had to sign in. The savings especially for us elders on SS it's quite the savings on the internet. I've wasted my time coming here three times because of a few minor mistakes. The first time was to fix a poor signal issue (they activated the eSIM on IMEI2, not IMEI1). The second time, they updated my plan and I had to pay a fee even though I didn't request it. I went to see the manager, but they asked me to come back the next day to talk to the person who had previously assisted me. The third time I came was on Sunday. They said they would change the plan and refund me by Wednesday. But it's been over a week and I haven't received the refund. read more

They'll sell you a phone,take your promotion turn in old phone. , but the service is horrible. If you have a problem with a phone they will not help you , call service even worse. I do not recommend this business whatsoever AT&T or a bunch of A- holes. read more

Been having issues with AT&T and went into store to get a new phone and speak to a manger about the issues. Marcus would not get a manager for me to speak to. As he was checking my account he was more interested in the DYI Network that was playing on the TV behind me. He told me to come back in a week and "try again". read more

This store is pretty nice and still feels new. The selection is amazing. iOS devices, Android and Windows, as long as it lives on the AT&T network. They have a good selection of accessories, including bluetooth speakers you can try right in the store. I was checked in and made to feel like a VIP. I wasn't expecting that. I found all of the staff to be really friendly and helpful. I loved that there was no pressure. I went in expecting to stand in line to get a new sim card and walked out wanted to go back. I was in the store trying to get help with my US cellular service and trying to switch over my service. Tony was extremely helpful so helpful in fact I will be back tomorrow just switch over all of my stuff from u.s. cellular to At&t! Tony even gave me a piece of paper to have US Cellular fill out for me so that it would make my switch over easier and took the time to show my son the new iPhone 13 that he is interested in. Tony was great! However you're only receiving three stars from me currently because while I was in the store I overheard another employee asking for a manager's help; Tony left me, (he had helped me enough, he even asked me if there was anything else he could do for me before he left me)to go grab the manager for the other employee, the other employee had asked for Tyler, who never came out in fact I'd wandered in the store for a while just to see if Tyler ever came out and I never saw any other male emerge from the back, for the 30 minutes stuck around the store, only the female manager, the reason I say all this is because I am a manager at a very successful and very busy flooring company and if any of my employees ever asked for me by name I would immediately come to them because that's what managers do, the store was extremely crowded extremely busy and for the male manager "Tyler" to never come out and help the staff and the female to be left to deal with everything by herself was unacceptable!!!!! read more
