The minute we entered the store, Steph cheerfully greeted us, sat my mom and I down and within minutes had my mom's new phone ready to be set up. Steph patiently walked my mom through every step, explaining everything that she was doing, and made sure to check on us while the data was transferring to the new phone. Steph was so patient, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. We returned shortly after to purchase a phone case. Steph saw me entering and immediately made her way over to me to make sure everything was ok and then went the extra mile to search their entire inventory for a case. It's RARE to find exceptional customer service like Steph provided us!

The link they provided resulted in an error message, and there was no way to contact a live person by phone. Saying "representative" or pressing #00 a million times didn't work and the robochat just hung up after repeatedly sending the same malfunctioning link. Back in the store, I waited with another person experiencing the same thing trying to unlock their phone. The rep suggested to both of us that we call #611 again and say we want to Cancel, which will make a live person answer and direct us to a tech person. Really? Instead I asked if they could watch me use the link and the resultant error message -- that finally got them to give me a phone call with a tech person. Why didn't they do that in first place? The music was so loud it was difficult to hear the tech person, but we finally succeeded in unlocking the phone. I agree with other posts about staff chit-chatting in back while customers are waiting. Truly unpleasant experience.

Really recommend working with him, the only thing this store needs work on is the other lady's professionalism. And the other tall handsome guy was also very kind just he started doing a weird movement after they rung me out. Despite clear verbal assurances, my bills were consistently higher than what I was quoted and agreed to. These conversations were documented in writing and through recorded calls, yet the issue was never properly addressed. The store manager, Sergio, was involved throughout this process and was fully aware of the situation. Unfortunately, there was a continued lack of follow up, accountability, and resolution. After multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I transferred all of my accounts to T Mobile, who covered the payoff as part of the switch. I am now preparing a small claims case against Victra and escalating the matter to Verizon corporate due to what I believe are deceptive business practices. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location to anyone looking for transparency or honest billing.
