It's such a long story, but it cost me a lot right before Christmas and I was told a different story by the guy that sold me a bunch of BS. Afterwards, I kept getting bills for $400 and then $600 before my monthly charges stabilized. Bottom line is that we (me, husband and daughter) were signed up for the most expensive plan with features we never needed or asked for. Please do not go to this place to get a phone or to set up a plan. This is a private cell shop, and not a true Verizon Wireless store. They will take every penny from you and will sell you a plan that you don't need. After you get your first bill, it's too late to make changes especially if a new phone is involved. The worst part of it all is that I never have cell service. I HATE Verizon and look forward to the day our phones are paid off. I'm done. I've had Verizon Wireless for 20+ years and it took this one experience at this scam shop to turn me off for life.

That's when I called Hancock Telephone, just across the border in NYS. I am so glad I did. Where we had maybe 5mbs, we now have about 20mbs. No more buffering, and we can use multiple devices. The price is more then what we paid with the dsl, but it shows in the speed. What we spend in internet, we are saving on tv service.
