We were Sprint customers for years when T-Mobile and Sprint merged. I upgraded the four phones on…read moremy account online and required customer service assistance to do so. We received our new phones but we were not mailed enough return packages or return labels. Customer service online tells me I can take the phones to any T-Mobile store and they would do the return for us. So we stopped in this store I took everything they sent me and the guy behind the counter tells me he can't do that. I say well customer service told me you can and I went to show him the text and he explains to me that not all T-Mobile locations can access Sprint customers information and that customer service online will not always give you the same information that the stores will. He does however get a larger box another plastic and packs the phones carefully and applies the mailing label. He didn't have to do that he could have sent me on my way and I would have had to figure this out myself. So with his helpfulness all I needed to do was drop the package off at the UPS Store. So I'm giving this particular Sprint location the four-star rating based on this one young man's customer service.

I previously had Ohio Telecom out to our site about two years ago to do a walkthrough and provide a…read morequote for a potential job with our PA system. I was told I would have a quote within a few days, I followed up with them several times and they never responded. At that time I had several projects going on and with that project now delayed gave up on them and found someone else for the job. Recently I began working on a new much larger project with the PA and found them online, it had been a while and I wasn't sure if they were the same company That ghosted me before. I contacted them and asked if they would be interested in the work. They seemed to be and came out within a day or so to walk the site. At that time I recognized the guy who came out but I still wasn't 100% if they were the same guys and focusing on the task at hand didn't say anything. I showed them what I was wanting to do and they agreed they would be interested in doing the job and promised a quote within a few days. A few unanswered emails and several weeks later here we are. I confirmed in my archived emails that was the same company who has twice ghosted me now. I deal with many contractors, hence my trouble remembering them, and I find that very unprofessional and a total waste of my time. If you are no longer interested in doing the job at least have the courtesy to email me and let me know so I can move on to someone else instead of pointlessly waiting for someone to contact me back. I definitely won't contact them ever again and would not recommend them to anyone.

Their monthly price is lower than the cable company since I don't need fast internet for just myself I thought I would give it a try. Nothing But Lies and Misinformation First Lie: Colby at a…read morefranchise store assured me, "Verizon won't sell you 5G Home Internet unless they are certain it will work in your area." That statement was false. It did not work. Second Lie: Colby told me, "You can simply return the equipment to the company store." Third Lie: When I went to the company store, the manager told me, "You cannot return it here. You have to take it back to the franchise store." Fourth Lie: I returned to the franchise store, where Colby again insisted, "You can simply return the equipment to the company store." Final Runaround: A sales clerk at the company store then told me the equipment had to be returned to a UPS Store. It is astonishing that no one seems to know the actual return procedures. The misinformation, the back-and-forth, and the wasted time are unacceptable. For the record, T-Mobile's system works perfectly at this same location.
