So I downloaded one of those stupid Facebook quizzes (who were you in a past life) and shortly thereafter got a message in RED that I had 13 serious viruses on my phone and I needed protection NOW. And even thought I knew better and immediately regretted it, I downloaded CleanSweep (blue background/white broom). BAD move. Then I get messages my rams is at 90 % usage and I could get more for "only" $20 a bucks or so. I felt like a real dumb@$their but no I didn't purchase the ram. I never do financial things on my phone. So I head here and asked if they could help me. They were so nice, and since I did have insurance they loaded cleaning softwear on my phone for free and taught me how to remove all the stuff I didn't need from my phone. They even made me feel better saying people come in all the time with that CleanSweep. It made me feel better cause misery loves company. . (and this program continually runs and was the ram problem....removing it was all that was necessary for the ram to have plenty of room left) . And while I was there they checked my account and were able to save me $10 !!! Who doesn't want to save money? I'm done being an @$$clown with my phone. So remember...don't load cr@p to your phone, and If you get messages trying to scare you into it, just say NO. Class dismissed.

He explained everything and answered all my questions with a smile and kindness. He went beyond to make sure I was comfortable with the process and make sure I had no further questions or concerns. And the manager of the store was not able to resolve my issue and I decided to end my business dealings with them. I will say that the only thing I enjoyed from them was their Internet however after I added a phone to my services from this location, I never had the full amount of bars indicating that my Internet was in fact actually functioning properly which baffled me. If I could rate them in the negative digits I would, however that isn't an option. And I noticed after suggesting to someone that I may protest their business practices, suddenly I was no longer able to even text which leads me to believe that do in fact see who and what is being said! And yes I probably will be labeled by them as a disgruntled former client and that's actually very accurate however I have forgiven their actions and they will have to answer to a higher authority than I.

    I previously had Ohio Telecom out to our site about two years ago to do a walkthrough and provide a…read morequote for a potential job with our PA system. I was told I would have a quote within a few days, I followed up with them several times and they never responded. At that time I had several projects going on and with that project now delayed gave up on them and found someone else for the job. Recently I began working on a new much larger project with the PA and found them online, it had been a while and I wasn't sure if they were the same company That ghosted me before. I contacted them and asked if they would be interested in the work. They seemed to be and came out within a day or so to walk the site. At that time I recognized the guy who came out but I still wasn't 100% if they were the same guys and focusing on the task at hand didn't say anything. I showed them what I was wanting to do and they agreed they would be interested in doing the job and promised a quote within a few days. A few unanswered emails and several weeks later here we are. I confirmed in my archived emails that was the same company who has twice ghosted me now. I deal with many contractors, hence my trouble remembering them, and I find that very unprofessional and a total waste of my time. If you are no longer interested in doing the job at least have the courtesy to email me and let me know so I can move on to someone else instead of pointlessly waiting for someone to contact me back. I definitely won't contact them ever again and would not recommend them to anyone.

Their monthly price is lower than the cable company since I don't need fast internet for just myself I thought I would give it a try. Don't know if it's worth driving up and back same day just to fill out paperwork.

    I am a Cincinnati Bell customer, with a broken modem (it's two years old). After a looooong phone…read moreconversation, wherein I tell the lady that I don't need a router. I only need a modem. I get told that my equipment will be swapped out at no cost to me, and my bill would be lower because I didn't need the router. Cool! I get directed to a store that doesn't HAVE one and the people that work there are slow and lazy. They talk so lag that you can't understand them when they talk to each other. Will post review on that one to. (Fairfield Mall), so I get to the 2nd store, and there are 7 people waiting in front of me. I have written this whole thing while I have been standing here, and only two people are being helped. My experience has proven this... A job worth doing is worth doing 4 TIMES, to get it right. (oh, and I was on the phone with them 2 more times trying to get my account "lowered" because I didn't need the router to network... On BOTH phone calls, each operator told me they COULD, but that I should just do that in the store, when I returned the old modem/ router. Ok, so when I asked for that at the mall store, she told me I could just call customer service.. Yeah. ONE STAR Cincinnati Bell... Step it up. Btw, I'm still standing here waiting.....

I was told one date and emailed a different date, I call and try to get it changed back to the first date and they tell me they will email an escalation (whatever that means) and call me back but, no one ever calls back. I have talked to supervisors and they tell me the same thing. This company has poor customer service, poor scheduling processes, poor all around. I would actually give it a negative 4 stars!!
