A COMPLETE SCAMMER! I'm not the type to leave a review like this but other consumers need to be…read moreaware of my experience. I SEVERELY REGRET DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS "COMPANY." I quote the word company because I believe this is a one man operation cleverly posing as a reputable company. I received messages from the same phone number claiming at times to be two different people. First it was "Brooke" in "Front Office Scheduling," then it was Jason, the guy who actually showed up to do the repair. I paid for a screen and battery replacement for my iPhone 11 Pro, which I thought was done correctly until I realized my Face ID stopped working. I let him know of the issue so he came back and "reseated" my existing Face ID assembly the next day but it stopped working again within an hour. I also reported my battery health and functionality didn't improve after he supposedly replaced it so I believe he lied to me about replacing my battery. I have no way of confirming this myself and he denied lying about it. I was told I would have to pay $100 for a new Face ID assembly and the labor for it to be installed but I refused and claimed he caused the issue when he had my phone open and worked on it (obviously) so the repair should be covered by his 90 day warranty. After several weeks of back and forth, he finally claimed he would fix this issue under warranty and free of charge but when I attempted to schedule this service, he ghosted me. I tried following up multiple times and was ignored. I ended up spending about $300 for a decent screen replacement, but my battery health remains the same and now my Face ID doesn't work. I should've continued using my phone with the cracked screen and saved my money. Don't make the same mistake I did by allowing this dishonest man to work on your device. He will take advantage of you, especially if you aren't very knowledgeable in tech. I have record of all my interactions and will be pursuing a case in small claims court.

He ended up having very severe asthma and needed treatments multiple times a day. Unfortunately it was not possible for me to quit my job and stay with him. The owners, Hollie and Jason (who, in my opinion, always seem to go above and beyond to make the children and families feel comfortable), had every teacher in the ENTIRE school learn about his type of atypical asthma and how to properly administer his medication throughout the day. They never acted like my daily call to check in on him was a problem or an inconvenience. My boys are now 8 and attend camp at primrose for the last year (they're ready for a big kid camp next year). They have a great time. The teachers are fun and treat them well (my children love their main teacher Ms. Tori). I never worry about my boys when they are there. I know they are being very well cared for. How huge is that for a parent?! Ms. Kristine is now the Parent Relations Director and you couldn't ask for a better person to interact with the parents. She is funny, friendly, competent and knows your child and his/her own unique personality. People have told me that they did not take their children to Primrose because they thought it was too expensive. It does cost a little more than other daycares in the area but it is much more than a daycare. It IS worth every dime you spend. As I read through my gushing review just now I want to make it clear that I have no affliation to Primrose or the employees there other than my children attend the school. Another words, Im not getting compensated in any way to leave this 5 star review. ;) I'm just a parent that wanted to leave an honest recommendation because I know how hard it is to find a reputable place to take care of your children when you can't. Did you know they re-program car fob remotes? IMHO, they should advertise that service more. We purchased a used car and only got one fob with it. I went on line and purchased two more but then realized I couldn't program them for a 2014 Chevrolet. Dealers were charging $120+. Working with auto locksmiths felt like dealing with ambulance chasing lawyers. And they charged PER fob with a $30 fee just to show up with no quote given until they show up. I was starting to get depressed. Then I stumbled across B+B. I called to confirm they could do my car. Staff was easy going, with simple answers and straightforward pricing. They had lent their fancy $5000 programming device to another store so I stopped by the next week. When I visited the store, Nathan peacefully hooked up to the car and a laptop computer and added two fobs to the car. I noticed it said 4 total fobs were authorized, so I figured the previous owners lost one or had kept one. I asked if he could delete the missing fob. Done. It took about 15 minutes start to finish. Price was much lower than other "car specialty" shops. They should change their name! They do a lot more with customer oriented methods. If you have any small electronic gadget thing with a problem, give them a call. Maybe they can help. read more
