He was not high pressure for a sale, and even showed me how to make bass adjustments on my existing system. While the price for the new radio install was more than I wanted to pay, I could not be happier with it and I think not was worth the money. I opted to have them retain all of the steering wheel controls. He even connected my existing back up camera to the new system. Additionally I love the new dash cam. A driver was getting aggressive in traffic after a baseball game the other day and I pointed to the camera and said go ahead I have it all recording and he backed off and quit cutting people off. So it is definitely an effective deterrent. All the shop staff were friendly and welcoming. I appreciated how they could greet new customers while maintaining their focus on the one currently being helped. I never felt ignored. And it was all done with a genuine smile. It looks like people are enjoying their work here. I appreciate that. As for the installation, I dropped the car off and left it for the day. When I picked it up, Tony came out to help set it up and give a tutorial for both the stereo and dash cam. I was impressed with how good it all looked. It's obvi not factory but it looks quite natural. The camera is behind the rear view mirror. I can see it and yet it is not at all obtrusive. I would absolutely recommend this shop and I will come here again in the future. Another thing that I loved is that aside from the new equipment, you would never have know work had been done. They work very clean. Thanks Pro Inet!

Review for T-Mobile - Excellent Service by Juan My husband…read moreand I came into T-Mobile to get our phones transferred over after I shattered the screen on my old phone. We honestly didn't know how we were going to get everything switched and set up, but Juan, one of the employees working that day, was absolutely amazing. He helped us every step of the way -- from transferring our data and setting up the new phones to walking us through how to use all the new features. He was patient, polite, and incredibly knowledgeable. In the past, we've been to other T-Mobile locations where the staff seemed rushed, uninterested, or unwilling to help, so this experience truly stood out. We were both so grateful for Juan's kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond. Job well done, Juan! Thank you so much for your help -- you're an outstanding employee and we really appreciate you.

I went in on 04/15/2026 around 5:40-6 pm to understand why I was still getting charged when I cancelled my services a month prior. It turns out, I still had 3 active lines, so unacceptable. Now, this isn't the reps or stores fault but more so the phone rep I previously had spoken to back in March. My issue with this store and people in the front is that I was TOLD to go to a "corporate store" over 30 minutes away in menifee. Why? To get "verified" as my T-Life app had been disabled because my phone was no longer active with t mobile. WHY am I being sent to a different store 30 minutes away especially with these gas prices? So insane, just say you didn't want to attend me. Because I went to a "non-corporate " store in San Jacinto (less than 10 minutes away) and was able to solve the issue by getting verified in-store with my ID. Why did this store not do that in the first place?? Ridiculous that I was told otherwise. Please do better at not giving out false information and actually assist people trying to cancel their lines the FIRST time.

The place was sweltering. Their AC was down…read more I walked in ready to give them $50 for their "no contract" pay-as-you-go Gb plan. My confidence was based upon extensive (1 hour) phone conversations with various Cricket stores around Hemet. Turns out the offer made on the phone was too good to be true.Turns out that their plan is "no contract" in name only. It's a month-to-month "contract" that forces you to pay for data you don't use. Even still, I thought it was a fairly good deal. And I wanted to break with my eight long years of frustration at AT&T to do the deal with Cricket. But it turns out that AT&T bought Cricket and I couldn't switch to Cricket without paying a $500 extortion fee (the remaining balance on my iPhone 11) to AT&T. Long story short, I still stupidly wanted to do it. But in order to do it, I had to have a three-way conversation with AT&T and the Cricket guy that lasted 20 minutes in the sweltering heat. At the conclusion of the phone call, in which the AT&T operator and the Cricket guy contradicted each other, I had decided I had had enough, and threw in the towel. It was about time I made that decision because one of the Cricket flunkies was already outside the store pulling closed all their iron bars around the store, threatening to lock me in like I was some kind of thief in their prison cell. As I stomped out past the flunky, I handed off their pen I'd inadvertently stolen. I'm happy to have gotten out of there with my $50 still in hand (and not their pen). They were closing early because they couldn't stand the sweltering heat any more than me. But the difference is, I couldn't take the heat and WOULDN'T TAKE THEIR BULLSHIT EITHER. Avoid them.

This is a heads up about *one* specific person at this Hemet Spectrum store…read more We came in to return two cable receivers/boxes and to remove add on channels (Cinemax + MGM+). The goal was to reduce our bill and we thought everything went smoothly with the guy even telling us that he gave us "discounts" that knocked the bill by ~150ish dollars. That did not make sense so I asked repeatedly if he was sure. I confirmed that everything we authorized was done. Plot not-so-twist : our account was very messed up. He removed our "grandfathered" package(s) we did _not_ request. He also added us to Spectrum Voice without permission or notice ($14.99 + $30 one time service activation fee). It took two phone calls to Spectrum to revert his "changes" to our account. So my suggestion for anyone still reading is to double check your account details. Spectrum will email you a copy of your "Service Update." Call Spectrum to make changes to your account. Avoid this person if possible.
