After receiving my phone via UPS, I live in Opp and could have taken it to a closer store for assistance but instead it was worth going back to Enterprise. Spencer was awesome and even set things up for me including attaching the couple accessories I bought. After the next day, I needed help with my phone. Again, I could have gone to the closest Tmobile store but I reached out to Spencer who again assisted me in such a way that his customer service was above and beyond. I would recommend this store AND Spencer. So very pleased!

Hasan said that due to the merger with Sprint, he wouldnt recommended switching right now because of possible blackouts. Of course the entire store was dark no lights on, Anime on the big tv. I have several friends on T Mobile in Virginia, and they have amazing service no blackouts at all. I understand what he said of the possibility of service blackouts, but that is possible on any service. It seemed like Hasan didn't want to do his job today. I finally got frustrated and walked out and told him that i would just take my business to the Dothan Store. If I could give less than 1 star, i would.

Almost a year ago, I had a salesman talk me into changing from Verizon to ATT for an amazing BOGO…read moredeal. This was the worse mistake I made because service in the Wiregrass is spotty at best and I ended up paying for my "free" phones to leave ATT and go back to getting reliable cell service. Now, ATT charges me a full month of service that I did not use after cancelling because they do not prorate. I cancelled two-four days after the start of the billing cycle.

And I get it, the waiting is a process, but in all they are just employees, they work under this company for your local city. They aren't the most professional, but they certainly get the job done. And they can't help that the price is "bullshit", it actually is the big people that run the worldwide company, they just help you get your service. They aren't the absolute best, but they certainly aren't the worst.
