I went into the store in Enterprise with intentions of buying a new phone. I stood in line and the woman behind the counter just looked at me. Did say "hi" or " how can I help you?" I walked up and she asked for my ID. That's it. I told her about my issues with the phone and asked what she recommended. Nothing. She didn't show my any other phones or ask any questions. I went in there looking to spend money. She did nothing. I just asked her to end my service with them. Cell service and home Internet.
