Nice place and selection for sportinggoods. This is the go to place in the region for hunting gear.

Great store with best gun selection in the Wiregrass. If they ain't got it, they got even more online.

The sales staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. The managerial staff is rude, abrasive and lacking in customer service skills.

I read all the reviews of this sporting good shop that said that they had bad experiences. I had to…read morepost because I had the exact opposite experience. I don't know anyone here and haven't been here before but the young man greeted me and offered assistance right off the bat. I walked around for a bit and when I finally did need help he went out of his way to call other stores to see if they had what I wanted. I had nothing but a good experience here and wouldn't hesitate to come back if I needed something.

Customer service is horrible, prices are ridiculous…read more My wife, 10 year-old son and I arrived to this Hibbett Sports at 7:30 PM on Wednesday 24 September just as the female employee was bringing in the "now hiring sign" and what appeared to be locking up for the night. We approached the doors and they were still unlocked. We proceeded to the soccer ball area within 10 feet of where the two employees were dusting shelves. We overheard them speaking of their hatred for Enterprise, but not once did they engage us. We spent approximately ten minutes looking at unreachable soccer balls, somehow got the one we wanted down and proceeded to the register. We waited at the register for five minutes still without attention. We were facing where the employees remained dusting shelves in the empty store. Finally after five minutes my wife walked over and informed the employees we were ready to check out. At this point the male employee stated he told the female employee to check us out, yet she didn't apparently get that message. Finally the female employee walked over, without apology or addressing the gross lack of customer service and checked us out. We stated we had been waiting at the register for some time, to which she responded twice, "no you haven't I have been watching". We quickly ignored her unwarranted comments, gave Hibbett Sports out money and exited. I'm very confident we could have spent in upwards of 30 minutes looking around the store without being asked for help or simply receiving that good old Southern Charm. Unfortunately options are really limited in Enterprise, AL in concerns of sports stores. They have a recent upgrade which makes it more respectable, but the experience has placed a big NO for us on Hibbett.

WARNING LONG POST!!…read more Okay so tell me if I'm being ridiculous or what.. so last Friday (the 25th) I went to Jabs sporting good store in Troy al to get a t shirt made for my grad pictures which were scheduled to be taken on November 2nd at 3 pm. The girl that I left my order with was super nice and I am not blaming her for anything.. she took my order I paid for it and she told me my shirt would be ready by Thursday (the 31st). Okay cool. Let me start off by saying how excited I was to get that shirt because it would have looked AMAZING in my graduation pictures and I don't usually get too many things custom made because I'm super basic and simple.. So Thursday came and I didn't receive a phone call or anything from them so I took it upon myself to call them on Friday morning and that's when the owner said my shirt would be ready at 4 pm. I explained to her that I get off work at 5:30 and she said they are closing at 5:30 but she told me I could pick it up tomorrow (Saturday) and she would be opened from 8-5:30. Saturday was a very busy day for me already. I had a doctors appointment in Montgomery at 9 am which was about a 30-40 minute drive so I left Troy at 8 to be on the safe side and I had a make up appointment at 12 in Montgomery (which the girl ruined my face so I had to rush home and do my own make up) so I didn't make it back in Troy until 1:50 As soon as I got back I went to Jabs and they were CLOSED. The only number online was the number to the store so of course no one answered so I had to search in my closet and that's when I found this super basic red Troy shirt that I've never even worn before because I thought it was ugly and because of that I felt like my pictures were kind of ruined. Today I went back to jabs for a refund and I explained everything to the owner and I told her how I came to her shop around 2 and she was closed. She explained that she didn't have any air and it was hot so she closed at 1. Okay that's fine but I still didn't get my shirt that I've already paid for in time for my pictures so I feel like a refund would have been a reasonable resolution. She tells me that she doesn't do refunds and THEN goes on to say I could have came early that morning after I told her about my appointments in Montgomery. She THEN goes on to get an attitude and tell me how she doesn't do refunds and she isn't going to argue with me (as if I'm a little girl) so I said that "I wish you would have kept your shop opened a couple of minutes after 5:30 because I literally left my job at right at 5:30" then she said "well why didn't you ask me to" WHAT??? I shouldn't have had to suggest that because you are a business owner and that is just having pure common courtesy! After saying that she goes on to say that "well if I did it for you I would have to do it for everyone and then I would never be able to go home" at this point I'm emotional (I cry when I'm really mad) and I'm telling her that you are literally refusing to give me a refund because of a store policy that YOU came up with when you could just listen to understand rather than listening for a reaction!! AND if she had have listened and truly understood where I was coming from she would have realized that I didn't get my shirt that I've already paid for when I needed it and let me also say that my photo session was 220 dollars! So at this point she is still being mouthy and passive aggressive and disrespectful so I just took the shirt and left. I say all of this to say that some people are very rude and inconsiderate and I will NEVER EVER EVER do business with Jabs Sporting goods again!
