In addition, when cancelling my service they convinced me to try a higher speed internet without extra charge and then ended up charging me the higher fee for the month and when I refused to pay they turned it in to a credit agency. Three is a gift. Spectrum Mobile does have a decent start but a way to go to compete with the big boys. Their phones have good coverage and single strength but their sales department and their mobile departments have a long way to go. Basic problem training and process improvement. My wife had purchased a phone over the phone and we went down to the local Spectrum store to show them her ID. All went well until they to get the phone.and was told we had to pay full price. We were confused at that point since the sales department had told us $58.00. Well the problem steamed from the system thought we were buying 3 phones since my wife already had one and their was no way to override the sales purchase We would have to cancel the first order that was done through the sales department and then come back tomorrow and complete the sale of the second phone. Not a good process for a beginning. Company to have. They should simply been able to over ride sale made over the phone and complete the transaction. I use to work at AT&T and the process to do that transaction would have been simple. I also starting questioning the sales representative about slower than normal lag time once a movie starts streaming. He had no idea what I was talking about. Again-Training. We come home disappointed and somewhat upset so I decided to call the mobile customer service department and ask them if I could upgrade at first she said no problem and began the order. I was than put on hold and after about 5 minutes came back and told me that I couldn't upgrade until my present phone was paid off. Once again that is a training issue which makes the as a whole look bad. In addition I have also had issues with routers and modems. My router has been replaced twice ant modem the same. Finally after calling foo many times to count I was informed that their system showed their was an error and had to sen another technician out. I refused unless it was an IT technician. Making a long story short turns out there was nothing wrong the problem was on their end. So now we training issues with the technician's as well. Overall I have had two very time consuming and uneasiness issues with them. On the positive side their speed is great and phones work very well but they do need more trading to really complete. read more

Just there to turn in equipment there is 30 people in the store only 2 people working the front. Multiple employees in the back not attending anyone or even greeting the customers. Then the damn dumb fuck manager comes out from the back looks up at the screen to see how many people are there and goes in the back. Not to call other employees just to hide. read more

Terrible response, and terrible services. When I tried to apply there was a job fair and how I knew about this was because a security guard told me about it and told me that I could apply in person. So next week comes by and I'm waiting outside on the hot sun not a single employee asking or anything they just didn't care until a different security guard let us in for the job fair. Don't know why everyone that went outside was confused as if they didn't want us there. When I went in they told me to sign in and when I saw the paper and saw"interview" I was very concerned that I won't be able to apply in person. That's when they gave me an guest badge to enter and they walked me with a cool dude that showed us a video about what we where gonna do and he told me his experience working in spectrum, but finally they called me for this interview. The guy there didn't seem to care to what I was saying. When he guide me to his tiny office I told me I was here to apply in person he looked the stereotype of being friendly just because it was his job and even told me weird stuff. In the end, I got escorted out and never heard from them again they rejected my application many times. Overall don't apply here there's just self entitled people who think that they are better than everyone and even the people who work there don't give a damn and are just rude, so yeah don't apply. Very very poor customer service gentleman look like they don't want to be there. He literally didn't want to hear my situation my mother is bed ridden from possible covid and could not make it in the store & mind you this is a modem that I use for my job as I work remote. I provided the man with her ID and my as well so he can see we are related but he wasn't having it, maybe the customer before was bad, regardless he took out his frustration on me.
