    Update: with written explanations Bank of America finally removed the $266.64 charge from this…read morehorrendous experience at the Verizon store at 3349 Monroe Ave almost a month later. My phone trade in was finally released from my visit to 3359 Monroe Ave fiasco 2 weeks ago. The silver lining to that was I received $155 more for my trade in at the Verizon Business Center at Culver and University. All three employees I worked with: Mike Kevin and Curtis were great. Avoid the other location!

    Went in to this store for tech support. (I didn't realize they don't do any tech support--just…read moresales I guess??) The man who I spoke with was so rude to me. I tried to explain what I had done so far in terms of troubleshooting the issue and researching on the internet. He told me "well I don't work for the internet." (okay....) I said, "apparently this is a pretty common issue with the newer phones that have eSIM cards." His reply: "What do you want me to do about it?" I mean, "help me, maybe?" I've never felt so disrespected for doing nothing but walking into the same store where I had gotten my phone less than 2 months prior, asking for help. Wow. Oh, and the kicker is that I was right. The tech issue was indeed the eSIM card, which needed reprovisioning. This man had just never heard of the issue, and so I guess he decided to be ultra rude to me to cover his own inadequacies. Someone with his people skills should should not be in customer service field at all. I would seriously go anywhere else other than this store. I am planning to switch cell companies when my current phone is paid for--that's how disrespected I felt after this "conversation." It was my bad for not realizing they don't do tech support, but he could have just told me that. Something like, "oh, I see. I think this issue goes beyond what we typically do in the store. I suggest you call our tech line, at this number..." I had thought it would just be easier and nicer to go into our "local" store than talking to a robot online. I guess robots are just nicer these days...

    I used to come here all the time with my Amazon returns. If you have a label, you can just drop…read moreyour package off. If you haven't been in a Staples lately, they have lots of stuff you wouldn't think would be at an office supply store. The whole front area is Google Home and Alexa and stuff like that. At Christmas they have lots of stuff, like socks, stuffed animals, etc. They have KCups, and dry erase boards I wanted. Every time I come here, I find some random thing I want, lol. This plaza is getting pretty empty, but they also have a decent bathroom here. They have dog portraits hanging outside the bathrooms, and you can get one of your dog. I thought it was a cute idea.

    Giving BIG love to this Staples - proving again and again why I only do my last minute print jobs…read morethrough them. My orders are always ready when I need them and the service here is great. This specific location is clean, bright, and conveniently located in Panorama Plaza. I needed 150 post cards for an event this weekend and went through the usual same day order online process. I am giving 5 glorious stars to Joshua who took care of cashing me out and included a coupon without my even asking that brought my price down. I know it's no biggie for them to do, but it totally made my day. Not to mention the fact that my postcards look beautiful and were printed to perfection. Joshua and Jean are the dream team and I am grateful for them going above and beyond for me and ensuring I'll be back again and again. They were printing a beautiful wedding welcome sign with such care when I was there, too. I smiled knowing there would be some super happy bride hanging that in the next few weeks! I can't recommend this great spot enough. Happy printing and office restocking!

    I am so disappointed with you…read more Please refund my deposit. Your website says: We know your time is very valuable so we have an online tv repair quote form that makes it simple to get your repair quote for free right now. And then from your email: $40 deposit that we do apply towards that repair. So why didn't I get my deposit back? Especially if the film, in conjunction with the backlight, was a KNOWN ISSUE. I dropped the TV off Tuesday, 11/14. Was told I'd get a call with an update. I CALLED on 11/20 and was told he'd check on it and give me a call right back. I HAD TO CALL AGAIN, on 11/27 (AFTER BLACK FRIDAY WHEN I WOULD'VE BEEN ABLE TO GET A GOOD PRICE ON A TV IF I KNEW I NEEDED ONE!) to check on it as NOBODY called ME - and at that time you told me about the KNOWN ISSUE of the film THAT ALWAYS HAPPENS WITH THESE TYPE OF BACKLIGHT ISSUES - and it was recommended that it wouldn't be worth the repair as it would not result in a good picture on the tv. You offered to recycle the TV for me or I could come pick it up. I came to pick it up and was told I wouldn't get the deposit back...WHY NOT? It is a deposit, that as you state, goes toward the repair...I was advised against the repair - so refund my deposit. If, at any time, you had said - I don't know, maybe even when you sent the "free quote" - backlight issues are notorious (Like almost 100% of the time) for having a film that melts and prevents a quality repair - we can take a look at it for $40, OR there's a $40 fee, or it's really not a free quote as it will cost you $40 - that would be a different situation. But that's not what you said - you said, again in your email "$40 deposit that we do apply towards that repair". Since we paid in cash - please send a check for $40. If you need the address (I sent it in a email) just let me know.
