Absolutely worst Internet service ever here in Kissimmee, Florida. We have multiple outages every month. Horrible customer service when you chat or call And don't get me started in the Promised credits to our bill, never received them. Then they thought they can have a monopoly and be the only Internet in Kissimmee Florida area. The jokes on them we have Verizon Internet, which is a lot better and they don't go down. They seem incapable of keeping the Internet working. The Internet is down, so it must be Sunday. I use Verizon 5G for home, but my work requires a wired Internet. This entire process is a joke. I went to this location to return equipment that was simply swapped for newer equipment. I had to wait 35 minutes for a 4 minute transaction. The employee Willy had a negative attitude towards me. I told him I didn't need his attitude and there was no response. I tried to return the equipment in the very same box spectrum sent it in. He said they can't take the box and it's mine. I said no. He took the equipment out and made me take the empty box. That's poor service on their end. After that, I attempted to go online and use their online chat. Since that seems to be the only way to voice your concerns. "Which is why this review is so long". I got kicked out of the chat twice and had to start the whole process over again. Spectrum customer service is a joke. You have a long way to go. Terrible!! read more

I went in because I was having issues trying to set up online. I arrived with low expectations because I've dealt with the company before and had issues. My problem being that they are still a better deal for the quality of service you get than the other companies that are in the area even though they lack quite a bit in customer service since they took over from Brighthouse. I checked in at the kiosk at the entry and only had a short wait. The gentleman that helped me was quite friendly and made it easy to sign up. I didn't have to pay anything up front which was nice and they were able to provide the equipment so that I could do the install. From the time I got there till the time I had everything set up and working at home was only a couple hours. At this point you think that I should be really happy with them. But this is Spectrum. The next day a package arrived at my house and when I opened it it was a full set of equipment from Spectrum. I found this confusing since I already had my equipment set up and it was the exact same stuff. As I didn't want to get charged for an extra set of equipment I took it straight back into the store since it's right down the road. I had a longer wait this time and they weren't nearly as friendly. After standing around for over 5 minutes a gentleman came out and asked if anyone had returns and then explained that they should be taken to a UPS store because their computer system might not process them. I opted to wait because I felt my situation was a little unusual. It gets a bit worse from there. When I brought the box up to the counter the gentleman there felt the need to spend the first several minutes explaining to me again that returns should be taken to a UPS store and not to them. I said well it says on the box that I can bring it here so here I am. He was rude. He took the two components out of the box and scanned them into the system and easily did a return. It gets worse from there. He explained that I had to take the box and what was left in it with me because they can't take their own trash. As usual their business practices are a problem. Apparently it's a normal thing for their system to double process your order so that you end up with two sets of equipment. A company that charges a lot of money and then wines even though they waste so much. I really wish there were better internet options available in this area. The only good thing I can say at this point is at least the service has been working since I installed it. read more

If negative rating for this store were possible, they would get the worst possible negative rating known to mankind Spectrum cooperation need to replace these awful employees at this store because all they do is take advantage of the company and do their best to do the absolute minimum amount of assistance to customers of spectrum all across this Polk county. Showed up to my house unannounced today to collect equipment after two months of us having canceled the service . Felt almost like a scam . Went to the spectrum on posner blvd in Davenport . At first the log in computer was not working . this lady and I were waiting on line. Then the manager/supervisor came and got the machine working so the people that walked in at that moment got to log in ahead of me and the lady.I was next because the clerk was yelling next and became 4th and the lady 5th. Yet the manager had seen us standing there for about 10 minutes and He would glance up at the board and hear the clerk yelling next but he preferred to stand like he was working for the secret service or security with his chest puffed out waited until three or four customers came in then he went to log the computer on so we could log in. We went in to return our cable box and to see about switching our phones over from Verizon. Jan was excellent with helping us get set up. Very patient and gave us some good tips. My husband kept his phone and I purchased a new one. Jan helped to get everything transferred over to my new phone. We are very satisfied. read more
