Don't know how the got my bank account never paid with it so it's been since the the end of February,I have spent 11hours on phone they keep promising to put the money back since February I have been with att since it was ma Bell my next step is attorney will never use them again. The INSTALL was scheduled for today November 8 between 9am- 11am I got a dozen texts CONFIRMING my INSTALL- even got one that said the INSTALL could take up to 4 hours. Today the tech and a sales guys show up - not here even 30 minutes to tell me they can't do anything until the ground cable contractor runs the line under the street and to the house. My issue with this is- This should have been done before my scheduled INSTALL appointment. Now I took the day off work for this INSTALL. To be told the ground contractor is scheduled for November 11 and then once he is done the tech will contact us to schedule theINSTALL. They just ran the new fiber in the neighborhood so shouldn't you (AT&T) all know what needs to be done to complete an INSTALL? Now I get to waste more time off work to get this done. Again I scheduled an INSTALL for TODAY not November 11 or after. What a crappy way to run your business - I have spent over 5 hours on the phone trying to get this resolved. Originally, speaking to an off shore CSR and they were rude and bait and switched the sales call to today I was hung up on by Ms. Johnson(a supervisor in the Loyalty Department) plus called the wrong name the whole conversation. Correcting her didn't help matters. I am Mrs Stobbs not Mrs Barnes. End result I am not happy with how I am being treated when this INSTALL was scheduled for TODAY November 8 - 9am-11am. It is currently 12:12pm and I am no closer to having an INSTALL done today. Think twice before signing up with AT&T. So far I am not happy with their customer service at all. AT&T does not care about their customers. We are just dollar signs to them. AT&T management - I would love to discuss this further with you.

Spectrum Store centrally located on Chagrin Blvd in Beachwood. It's a convenient stop while you're…read morerunning errands in the area (plenty of retail stores nearby) or dining in the area. It's also in very close proximity to the highway. I found myself at this store after deciding to discontinue my relationship with Spectrum after 8 years (!). I stopped in to drop off my Internet equipment. AMBIANCE: Sizeable store with limited phone inventory in the center of the store, lounge area, and checkout. I was surprised to see that the lounge area even has a big screen TV with sports. The decor is very simple and the store looks too large for what's inside. SERVICE: While I had my fair share of negative interactions with Spectrum, this was probably the most pleasant. Transactional but cordial. I quickly presented my equipment, it was verified, my ID was checked, and I was quickly on my way. PARKING: Shared plaza parking lot. Plenty of parking available. I won't be returning to this store since I'm no longer Spectrum customer. I would recommend this store to anyone who is. The service is quick and pretty nice.

Three…read morestars (or less) for lack of greeting and not coming up to my disabled sister who has difficulty walking. She has been a customer for years. When she got to the desk Nate asked for her a chair, and was very patience checking on her account and answering her questions. Ask for Nate.

Ijust found out zip have been paying gor Spectrum tv since…read more2024 (I have been an internet only customer for 4 yrs) I never ordered, approved, or received any equipment. The monthly charges at this time is $135.00. I was on auto pay, noticed the pmt was higher, but contributed it to introductory pricing expiring. The email noticed I received were notifications of payment processing, and no invoice included..after talking to 6 people and 4 hrs on the phone I was told disputes were to be intimidated within 60 days as stated on my statements and nothing will be done. Please excuse me for trusting a company! At least 3 people told me my tv service is cancelled as of yesterday. When I called to cancel service. I was told the tv is still on my account! Prior to thie next call I received an email my invoice is $150 for internet services. I called to verify and was told I owed about $280 + a I have to pay for tv services I for TV service I have NEVER HAD, AUTHORIZED OR USED! I did talk to fraud dept.and was told no fraud, even tho I did not subscribe to tv. He did tell me I was sent emails re: tv and I checked previous emails about streaming tv, which I looked like solicitation to me. I checked my email account after we were "suddenly" disconnected. I am exploring my options with legal agencies. I'm sure I won't receive and refunds but maybe this won't happen to the next customer. PLEASE BEWARE of these thieves!!

My experience at the retail store was quick and easy last weekend (16 Nov. 2019). I came to return…read morea wireless router. The problem I had recently was with customer service and locating this store. CUSTOMER SERVICE -- I called this location before I arrived to make sure that they were still open. No one answered the phone and the voicemail stated that they closed at 3pm, on Saturday. I was confused because a google search (via google reviews) showed that they were open for business. To add to more confusion, the actual COX website did not have any Cleveland locations on their list of locations so that got me frazzled because I didn't want to drive to Parma to see the store closed. I called Cox Corporate (not the store) and spoke to customer service Rep. He was not able to help me to determine where the Cleveland location was or what time they were opened. He did the google search I did but that can not be reliable at times. He also was unsure why the Cox website didn't list the store under locations. Anyway, I went to the Cox location via google search and hoped they were open since no one at the physical store was answering their phone. Thank goodness, they were open. Step it up Cox Customer Service. COX INTERNET -- I had a good experience with having Cox internet for 1 year and 2 months. I only cancelled because the plan increased in price after 1 year to $77 per month (normally, new customers get a deal for the 1st year).
