After some consideration, and a sales negotiation on his part I chose to surrender my iPhone 15 and purchase a iPhone 16 and new phone plane through an ATT family plan. At that time I then handed Jaden my iPhone 15, he in turn handed me a new iPhone 16; and I was promptly informed that my 15 would be placed in the store safe, locked up safely until it was time for it to be shipped to the ATT warehouse in Texas. (i have the IMEI#, if anyone at corporate wants it) Due to Invoice discrepancies that went on for 3 months, I decided to go back to the store for clarification. At that time I was informed by the Amsterdam store manager that Jaden had been transferred to the Johnstown location due to SEVERAL other customer complaints. I then went to Johnstown and spoke to Jaden who checked the computer and informed me that I was not credited for an iPhone 15, but instead for an iPhone 6; and as a result was only credited $350 on my bill instead of the $800 I was owed. The next day I returned to the Johnstown store and spoke to the branch manager who informed me that he would escalate this issue to the district manager who was the only one capable of tracking down my Iphone 15 and finding out where it had gone. This past Saturday, the 13th of September 2025, I returned to the Johnstown location to talk to the store manager, as I had not received either a phone call(they have my number), nor an email( they have my email) and was promptly informed that the District Manager for the local ATT stores was unwilling to spend any time tracking down my iPhone 15, and the only course of action that he could recommend was to contact customer service. I really hope that someone up the food chain reaches out to me to help me find out what has happened, and properly track down my missing iPhone 15 so that it can be turned in and the credits that I get applied to my account properly are reflected.

Now i see why they dont have employees longer than a few months every one there was new and the old staff was quitting or transferring to different phone companies the manager all of a suttin dont know nothing and tell me to contact HR but i contacted them multiple times an no response so i will be leaving reviews every where i can an contacting the proper channels to get this fixed i shouldnt have to text my former employer about commission from the month of may its now the end of june ?

I had ordered a phone mid Dec for my mom and it was expected first week in January. When I went down there it said my order was canceled for some reason. I asked why and they told me to call 611. I spoke to three people on three different occasions when calling 611 and all said that my order should have shipped but someone messed it up at the local level and now can't get the phone or watch till MARCH 28th!!! I couldn't believe that. So we called and spoke to Shawn who assured us he would be in the next day personally and we could downgrade from the phone my non wanted and he would set the phone and watch aside at that moment for us. Flash forward to the next day and Shawn IS NOT THERE! And the heavy set girl REFUSED to even help us when asked saying "NO" and walked in the back room ignoring us on the storeroom floor. A young guy Liam spoke with us telling us Shawn isn't working today!! So he lied. And that nothing was set aside for us. More lies! We are now trying to reach the district manager or regional manager to let them know who this store is being run. Go to ANY other T-Mobile or don't leave your current carrier. I should have stayed with Verizon. HORRIBLE customer service and I STILL don't have a phone for my mom or my watch and this is over a month ago I ordered and spent 1200$ in that store. Very dissatisfied

    We actually went in just looking for a replacement "pop-socket " and were greeted by Christian -…read morethe Manager. They didn't carry the exact item we wanted and Christian proceeded to tell us about upgrading options for our phones and internet. I was about to shut him down since I have been subjected to the hard sales pitch in the past from other similar enterprises, but something about Christian's attitude kept us interested He gave us options for upgrading our phones, which we weren't interested in, but then he started explaining to us some Internet options since we are currently with a competitor and he had mentioned he could do much better than their pricing. I must say that Christian was great to deal with. He wasn't pushy or overbearing he was not into the hard sell. He clearly was looking for ways to help us reduce our cost for service services. We listened to what he said, and agreed to a trial run, which he said would be at no charge, which I found extremely interesting. He then gave us his personal cell number and said if we had any issues or questions he would be glad to help. Christian made this a personal experience rather than a corporate shoving it down your throat experience. If everything works out as he explained it would Verizon would get a new customer for Internet and if it doesn't work out as he said, he mentioned that he could easily reverse anything that had been set up without us receiving any bills for it. So far we highly recommend Christian and this particular branch of Verizon. Hopefully everything he discussed will prove to be accurate but at least for now we are quite happy with his presentation.
